I will recommend stough heating & air to everyone. They have always come the same day that I call them. They are prompt & very professional!!

Buyers beware. 0 attempts at resolving my issues after multiple attempts. Employee Jeff Ford is a crook that installed used equipment, I spent $4000 on a "New System", that died 2 weeks after install, Jeff said for 3 months he would handle it, and then ghosted me. I contacted Stough 5 times to help me get their employee out to help, and he is still employed there, no resolution, I had to spend another $4000 for a brand new system for the 2nd time with a reputable company. Jeff tracked mud around my house, I had to request him take is muddy boots off. I was supposedly given a new coil, that had a 2005 date on it. Apparently they don't care.
These guys are awesome! Very kind and always come when you need help!
