My home warranty tried to use this company but they did not answer my calls or messages until the third time I called. Then, they would not work with my schedule at all. I could be home anytime on weekends and by 4:35 on week days due to work. However, I was told they would not take any work after 3 pm. I explained I could not leave work or take off at this time and was told they could not help me.
John was very informative in explaining things to my daughter. Drexel had come by first and all they did was try to convince her she needed to replace her furnace. You want honestly and integrity in a company call Stoess Heating and Cooling.
My home warranty company only uses two contractors, these guys and some bums out of Shepherdsville. Stick with these guys. John knows his stuff and won't steer you wrong.
I couldn't have asked for better customer service! I'm so grateful that my home warranty went with this company! John came out within two hours of me putting in the request, finished the job within 15 minutes and explained to me the whole process. He even did some minor preventative maintenence so I wouldn't run in to other problems down the line. When John was finished with his work, he simply charged me what the home warranty fee was and nothing more. Hopefully this winter doesn't get too bitterly cold, but I'm confident Stoess heating and cooling will come and do a speedy and effective job if anything does go wrong with my furnace!

Great service and quick response from John. He did not try and sell me something that I did not need. Very professional and explained everything he needed to do and why. Would recommend Stoess H&C to everyone.
I was highly impressed with his professionalism, accuracy, and efficient! He was very respectful of my home, including a little pup and baby, and even cleaned up after himself. He offered me additional services, but was not pushy to upgrade. He was very friendly and we will definitely use him again in the future.

Stoesss staff are amazing.couple days ago my heater was down and the weather was really cold, I called stoesss and they were able to accommodate me the same day got us fixed. We were glad that we called them. Thanks. Wonderful service and great people.
I called on a Saturday due to furnace not working. John came out same day to fix. I greatly appreciate this because we have a one year old at home and it will be in the teens tonight
