My family has been using Art services for quite a few years now. Best service you can find!! Friendly and professional. This time my whole HVAC had to be replaced, I couldn’t be happier with how they helped me. Julia helped me so much! The entire team is amazing!!
My AC unit had to be moved because of a construction project. They showed on time and finished faster than I imagined. The new install looks great and cost less than I thought it would. thank you!
I recently needed my HVAC replaced. I was really impressed with the service I received. From the quote to the installation it was seamless. They offered a great price, for a high quality system. The installers did a professional installation. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing an HVAC system or needing your HVAC serviced.

Yesterday our air stopped working and it’s been HOT in here. I called last night around 9pm and they were here this morning and fixed our issue!! Very thankful for the reasonably priced repair and a cool house again. Thanks Stevenson!!!
My air conditioner quit blowing cold air on Saturday evening, I called Stevenson’s & they could come out Sunday morning. The problem resolved overnight so I called again to cancel but wanted them to check the system. The office manager, Julia called first thing Monday morning & made appointment for Tuesday. Alas, the problem reoccurred so I called Julia & she arranged for Art to come out Monday late afternoon. He indicated that because of the age of the unit any repairs would only delay the inevitable , it would need to be replaced! I got a quote on Tuesday, called Julie who coordinate the install. The new unit was installed by Justin on Wednesday! Right before the weekend HEAT WAVE! EVERYONE, I dealt with at Stevenson’s was so honest, respectful, knowledgeable, helpful, thorough, & timely. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM FOR ANY HVAC NEEDS!
This place answered the phone immediately with no silly prompts. The lady who answered was friendly and super accommodating. This company came out last minute and got the job done for a reasonable price. They squeezed us in just because my air was out…..as if nobody else’s was. In a time where customer service is at an all time low, this place went wayyyyy above and beyond! Thank you so much. All around fantastic job!!! From- a mom who is no longer angry because she’s hot :)
We have had a great experience with Stevenson! Danny was specifically referred to me by name and I can see why! Throughout my entire service from booking to finish he was professional, communicative, and knowledgeable. The service -moving our AC over a few feet- was affordable, done in a timely manner and Danny went as far as to grab the hose and make sure he left the area looking better than when he started. We’ll definitely be using Stevenson and recommending them to others in the future!
Julie is so professional and definitely cares about scheduling the customer Also the technician arrived on time ,checked the furnace and explained what was done. I am on a wonderful service plan and did not have to pay anything at this however I will renew in the spring .I definitely refer this company for all of your heating and cooling needs for your home or buisness

Been using them for years, have purchased two complete systems at two different houses, and they maintain and repair both systems at my house and both of my commercial buildings. Response time is quick, their prices are fair, and have always been able to diagnose and fix a problem quickly and get us back up and running with no issues. Would recommend. If you need a new system, ask about the Diakin FIT system with the variable speed compressor. WAY impressed with that thing, had it installed last year. My second floor in my 1920's bungalow in old St. Charles is way more comfortable than with the old system.

Great experience! Julia answered the phone and was very friendly. Art the owner, was able to service our A/C the same day we called in to request the service and diagnosis. He was honest, kind and professional. I highly recommend Stevenson Heating & Cooling.
We have never had a bad experience with Stevenson. Very polite too. I am on this site now to see about having a whole-home air purifier installed. Can't go wrong with Stevenson!

Art was quick to respond and helped me out with my A/C. I thought it would need a costly repair and any less honest technician may have taken advantage of me. Not Art though he did a clean and service and let me know what to do to avoid the problem in the future and for that I am truly thankful!!!
I have been a homeowner in St. Louis for more than 25 years. There is not another heating and cooling company in St. Louis I would even consider using. Art and the guys at Stevenson Heating and Cooling are hands down the best I have ever used.
