Very fast response when my AC went down. Tech was there 20 mins after my phone call and it was a Friday! Thanks again!!
Thank you Stevens Air for having a great Service Tech, Joesph F., taking time to show what he found , what he fixed and what his thoughts were in answering any questions we had he explained all he had accomplished suggestions when we asked his thoughts. We need more professional young gentleman like this. Would only have one suggestion for your Company and that would be when Techs are running late let your Cliets know that too. This place is affordable and like I said professional, unlike the one I was referred to by American Home Shields...do your homework and look at reviews I will be posting to the 1st Companys page AHS sent to me still havent heard what the Tech did when he was here or from AHS and it will be a week tomorrow!! So this is why we got a 2nd opinion so glad we did!

Great customer service both in person and over the phone. Ryan, the tech, was here earlier than expected. Very polite, courteous and professional. Very pleased with the service. Reasonable prices. I would recommend them to family and friends and anyone reading this. We have air again...thank you. Definitely 5 star service.
Honest, knowledgeable, fair prices and responsive. A number of years ago we called Dave to check out an ongoing issue which others hadn’t been able to resolve. He investigated and figured out a solution and we had proper cooling again after a few hot summers. Along the way, with his help, I learned a lot about a/c and heating and recognize his skill level compared to the others that tried. This last year we finally had to replace the unit and Dave provided his expertise once again with options and his recommendation. Installation was quick and clean and as always, professional. Highly recommended!
I have had nothing but great service from Stevens Refrigeration. I have asked them to service my central air conditioning and heater. They are professional, efficient and arrive when they say they will. I highly recommend them.
David and Jennifer are a wonderful team David takes care of all the issues first time around. He goes above and beyond for every customer. He even fixed a few things that were unrelated. I will only deal with Stevens refrigeration for all my Heating and AC needs. Thank you!!
We have used Stevens Refrigeration Heating And Air for almost 10 yrs . Great customer service you call they come! We have our unit serviced in spring and fall . When I call for a appt I never have wait wks or month always schedule within wk! . Our old unit stopped working course in July. Unable repair David found us an reasonable price unit within the week had it installed! He even offer us fans until new Unit arrived. When the service tech come they identify themselves. ! Wearing Steven Refrigeration Heating and great Customer Service and reason fees! Always itemized sale receipt! A+
