Mike put in a two head Mini Split system for us and did an excellent job. He also did several things above and beyond what he said he would do. We couldn't be happier.
I installed my own Mini Split (which I bought on Amazon) and it was working great until a connection on the refrigerant came loose (my fault I'm sure). Anyway, Mike quoted me a fair price to do the repair, showed up on time, then had me back up and running within an hour or two. He also guaranteed his work. Excellent service and an excellent result.

I have used Mike at two of my personal properties and I referred him to a half a dozen or so of my real estate clients. He always does amazing work and is super honest. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anybody that’s looking for HVAC needs. He also installed four mini split systems at my brothers four Plex downtown by the gateway and my brother has been extremely pleased with him and has referred him to others as well.
Mike installed a mini split heat pump in my small condo. I couldn’t be happier with Mike, professional, clean job and did not overcharge like most of the companies that service the Park City area. He also informed me of all the rebate incentives that made it even a better deal. Highly recommended, honest, and decent guy.
We just had Mike install a Mitsubishi mini-split in our home. Great experience! He was extremely professional and great to work with. The unit functions great. It is super quiet and efficient. My Family and I have used Stevens Heating and Air's Services twice now. We found his ad on KSL offering affordable HVAC Services and we're really glad we did. I had an addition added for my Wife's office, and we weren't thrilled with the original contractor's idea of just adding a duct into the room. The problem was it was always too cold or too hot. The office's temp never kept up with the rest of the house. I called Steven's heating and Air and Mike came out right away, and introduced us to the idea of a Mini-Split. This was 100% the right way for her office. Mike even capped off the old duct so the Mini-Split could actually work its magic. The price was very reasonable. So reasonable I told my colleague's and my family. Mike went out to my parent's house and diagnosed a complex issue where the unit was low on Freon. Mike offered 2 solutions, Repairing or Replacing the unit. My parents chose to replace their HVAC unit with a high efficiency TRANE furnace and matching AC. They're energy bills cut in half, the comfort in the home has increased drastically, and again, the price was perfect. Thank you Mike for all the work you've done for us. We're lifelong customers!
Mike is a legend. He has helped me put in 2 ac units and also fixed multiple heaters for me on my rentals. He has been very fair with me. He has upgraded two of my rentals to AC and in one of them he was very flexible to fix up the existing heating unit instead of getting a new one that wasn't needed. He's also made quick visits in emergencies for minor repairs at minimal cost. He has gone above and beyond and I don't know a more honest and hardworking hvac guy on earth. Greatly appreciate this human.
I had Mike put in an AC unit last summer. Excellent work and great communication, not to mention about half of what the “big box” HVAC companies charge. When our furnace finally went out a week about ago we again reached out to Mike and he put in a furnace for us. Again, super quick and great communication. I’ll be calling Mike for any HVAC needs I have and I heavily recommend him!!
Mike recently completed the installation of a 12,000 BTU Pioneer mini split AC and heating system for our basement. He did a great job, and did it for a reasonable price, And it works Great! Mike is licensed, and did a great job installing and making sure everything worked as it should - he even registered the warranty for us. I especially like that he didn't try to sell us a whole new expensive Central Air system - which seemed to be the focus of other contractors, who acted more like sales people instead of real contractors that understood what you needed and wanted and are willing to accommodate your budget. I Highly Recommend Stevens Heating and Air!
2 mini splits, 2 ac units and a furnace later, I couldn’t be happier with Mike. Everything you want in contractor, great communication, always on time, quick but quality work and extremely competitive pricing. Honest as the day is long and always goes above and beyond to make sure everything is done right. Couldn’t be happier with my experience so far and it definitely won’t be my last. A+++

I don’t think service gets better than working with Mike at Steven’s heating and air. He was accommodating, knowledgeable and did great work. I did a full system with him and his prices were great and his work was also great. I got like 7 bids and he couldn’t be touched for quality and price.

Mike did a great job for me. I did a DIY install on a 4 head Mitsubishi minisplit. He showed up on scheduled day and time. Communicated well during install. Price was as we had previously agreed. The indoor equipment has been working flawlessly for 4 months. Will use for future work.

I had Mike come out install a brand new heating and AC last summer I only needed him to come back out one time he fixed the problem was right there with no charge he is a man of his word he didn't awesome job I would recommend him to all my friends or anybody else
Mike has deep product knowledge and was capable of recommending, installing, and servicing a furnace that was best for me. I'll be calling him again when it's time to upgrade my cooling unit.
