Steve's Ultimate Air has been great for me over the last 4+ years - they service my AC and Furnace every year, they've been changing the air filters in my house for the last year, and they did an AC inspection for my new house. Plus the office staff is super nice!
Would definitely recommend these folks. Called on a Friday because AC was just blowing hot air. Shawn came out that day and fixed the problem at a price that was reasonable. He was able to come up with a kind of workaround that ended up keeping the cost of the repair in our price range. I'd certainly call them again.
I can't believe I didn't leave a review earlier. Were 1 year in and just finished up our free checkup. Robert came out and was prompt even offered to change out the filter while he was checking out the air handler. The install was on time and all hands involved were working they had my unit done before the estimated time and everyone involved was happy to see me and made sure I knew the whole process in a very friendly manner. The pricing was far better than Costco member pricing and another big valley company. Steves is the best and has earned my business as long as I'm in their service area.
Great family owned company, Steve is an old time on a handshake guy, Had 2 other companies come over and told us we needed to replace all of our ducting, had stophad Steve come over and look at it and he said all we needed to do was add a second return. Solve the problem of our air conditioner constantly running being overworked and save this almost $5000 over what the other company's quoted us
Steve and his wife Irene were great to work with. They were responsive and kept me informed about my repairs. Steve replaced my blower motor and blower wheel and both are now working great.
I had Steve's Ultimate Air Tech come out on the first week of 12/2020. The tech diagnosed the issue as a refrigerant leak from loose caps. Advised that he would have to come out the next day since it was too cold to do the recharge. The capacitor failed 3 months later which they came out and replaced promptly and waived the labor fee for the visit. Very happy with the service and they kept me informed throughout the whole process. Would definitely recommend to a friend!
So wonderful to finally have a reliable A/C company to call when you're Air Conditioning goes out and also for maintenance! Can't thank Steve's team for coming to the rescue when our compressor went out this summer. They not only replaced our compressor but they were able to improve the airflow to our 4th bedroom. They are very honest, knowledgeable, quick to respond and professional. I am so happy to finally have a company I would call again!
Our compressor went out yesterday. We called at about 8am and Steve's was here within the hour. It was supposed to take 3 weeks to get the part due to covid-related supply issues, but Steve's found the part and had it installed in less than a day. This was a warranty repair (of a manufacturer defect) so Steve's didn't charge anything; yet they treated our issue as an emergency. Our tech Hector was phenomenal as well. Last point - we had never used them before; this unit was installed before we moved in. We were beyond impressed at being taken care of like we were lifetime customers. Well done.
Used them before a couple of times. This time AC is running but not cooling. Called the office and technician showed up after a couple of hours. Quickly found and fixed the problem as the blower capacity is bad. The price is really great, very very reasonable. Highly recommend.
I have used Steve's in the past for a unit check up but I had heard that he ran a great business. Just the other Saturday night, I was preparing to take a flight back east for a week and a half. I noticed I started sweating. My air conditioner has stopped working. I took my first flight and called Steve's to leave a message. I had no choice but to leave a key under the mat. I had just adopted a cat and could not chance something happening to it. Steve sent a technician out and fix the problem before the hast of the day and at a cost that I thought was more than reasonable for coming out on Father's Day. I will use Steve's Ultimate Air as long as he is in service.
I would absolutely recommend this company! They will really go the extra mile for you and they are very honest. Hector is very good at what he does and will help you any way he can. The first time he was here he got our old 20 year old AC working until we got our new unit. We did not get it replaced through this company but another company. However, that was a terrible experience and they did not install the unit properly. Hector came out and inspected the install and found many problems. Hector was able to fix them all for a very reasonable price and our new unit is now working like a dream!! He is always on time and I will recommend him and this company to any and everyone!!! If I could give 10 stars I would!
Our AC started making some very funky noises Saturday afternoon in a 106 f. Within hours Hector was on site, assessed the damage and promptly installed a new fan motor. Excellent friendly service! Highly recommend!!!
I appreciate how friendly (everyone -- from the woman who answered the phone to the technician who worked on my AC unit were so nice!) and efficient Steve's is! I will definitely use them for routine check-ups, and, eventually, when I have to replace my AC unit.
Hector did a great job. Professional, honest and Best prices in town! I have called 12 other places and estimates were insane! What I needed cost well under a 100 bucks with this company! AC is cold as it should be! Thank you guys! I will use you from now on and on my next house in 6 months (I like my garages cool!) and recommend to everyone! Had a Great experience with Steve's Ultimate Air from the very beginning! It all started with Hector who came to my residence to assess my AC needs and quote me on a new install. He was professional and personable, explaining and showing me pictures of their previous installs. I had several previous quotes and although they were not the cheapest they did work with me on pricing. In the end, I preferred to pay a little more for a trouble free and Quality install. I'm glad I did because they did not disappoint! On the day of install Hector and Tony were punctual, professional, and did a Great job on the install! Irene was the point of contact for the paperwork and behind the scenes logistics. She did a Nice job keeping me informed along the way and following up with warranty, certificates etc. Everything is working as expected thus far. Fantastic customer service!
I personally have used Steve's Ultimate Air several times. My family has also used them several times as well. Each and every time they have delivered service above and beyond. Most recently they helped my brother in law the day before Christmas eve. They were without their heat, Hector went to his home diagnosed the problem and fixed it on the spot in a very timely manner. I will continue to use them and will always refer my family and friends.

I HIGHLY recommend Steve's Ultimate Air! A live, knowledgable and professional person answers their phone! They promptly scheduled my service and stayed in touch to notify me of their arrival time, and they were right on time! They were the 3rd HVAC service company I hired to install a Nest thermostat and were the only successful installer! Steve's Ultimate Air was referred to me by Google Nest as a "Nest Pro." You may scoff and say "it's just a thermostat, it can be self-installed, what's the big deal?" True, my hubby installed our first Nest at our last home and it worked great for years. BUT if your HVAC system is wired differently, unconventionally, or has wiring issues, the Nest may not work or it may shut your system down, and in some cases, it can do expensive damage to your system! Nest Pros are specially trained and certified to install Nest thermostats, but, Steve's Ultimate Air's techs are licensed HVAC professionals that have the ability to troubleshoot to identify and rectify issues and come up with work-arounds when necessary to ensure the Nest works properly. Steve's Ultimate Air's technician took extra time to first check out the wiring on my system 's components to the thermostat to ensure the Nest would work when installed. One of the 2 prior companies, a long-time, well-known Phoenix HVAC service company, sent their "Nest expert" (not a Nest Pro) and though he bragged that he'd installed many Nest thermostats successfully, he didn't check my system's wiring and his installation did damage to my HVAC system, which his company offered to fix for $1,000. Steve's Ultimate Air's technician knew immediately my system's wiring was the reason the Nest wouldn't work. He had the experience to install the Nest successfully, using different wires (other than recommended by the instructions). It worked immediately with no issues and has been working like a champ since day 1! It's now been a month! I'm extremely pleased with Steve's Ultimate Ai
The team at Steve's is wonderful and I will definitely be calling them if / when I need AC work! Irene, who answered the phone, talked me through all of the information, made recommendations, and was very patient with a myriad of questions. Hector, who worked on the AC, was so kind, provided lots of photos, and talked with us providing really helpful explanations of how everything was working. Our AC was back online fast and at a very reasonable price.
