Me and my son had the most professional, courteous, competent experience with Steve Martin. As a single mom was very hard to find a professional who would not want to take advantage of our situation. I highly recommend Steve Martin for the level of professional ethics and value.
Our bathroom needed some new plumbing and Steve Martin plumbing did an excellent job. They were quick to respond to our inquiry, showed up on time for the repair and did a fantastic job. They were very knowledgeable and upgraded our shower fixtures to better suit our family as well.
As a new resident and homeowner in the southern NH area I had no idea who to use. After a google search I found Steve Martin Plumbing and have since called multiple times for service. There have been times when the work needed couldn’t be done and others that were. The jobs done have been done perfectly without any issue in a professional manner. The quotes have always been fair and I never felt like I was being taken advantage of. The best sentiment I can share is that I keep calling Steve back to do more projects as I can when they come up. I refuse to use another plumbing service for my home plumbing needs. Steve and his son - replaced our old water heater in our home in Hudson, NH. He was very responsive, arrived on time and did a great install in just a few hours which meant taking our old water heater out (and disposing of it) installing our new water heater at a really competative price. I could not be happeir and ask for a better experience. So, the big question is whether I will be using him again? Well, the answer is yes, I will be using Steve Martin Plumbing again when jobs are just too big for me and I feel more comfortable hiring a job out to someone. Great job SMP! And obviously, what's more important, is that my wife is happy.
Excellent, responsive service. Steve was able to fit me into his busy schedule on short notice to replace my boiler's failing fuel oil pump & got the system running like new. After getting three plumbing quotes to fix a in the bathroom faucet, I found Steve Martin Plumbing online and saw that he was highly recommended. I found Steve to be professional, his rate was affordable, and he communicated well via text prior to coming out. He was very informative and explain the issue and how he was going to repair it. It was heartwarming to see how well he worked with his teenage son Wes. I highly recommend Steve and Wes.
Steve and his son replaced our 27 year old leaking shower valves and weaping shower drain pipes. They were on time and started the job by covering the floor in the area they would be working. They did a great job installing the new products in a timely manner, tested their work for leaks and cleaned up like they were never there. We are very happy with their work and the price was reasonable. Great family business that is very responsive when you call or email which is tough to find these days. Steve Martin Plumbing & Heating gets an A++ from us!!

I have had Steve come to my house on two occasions. First time to replace an old shower valve. Second time was to do annual maintenance on my oil boiler. Both times Steve and his worker were on time, professional and cleaned up the work area. I highly recommend Steve Martin plumbing and Heating. He is my go to Plumber / Heating guy.

Steve was great and responsive via text. Replaced a water pressure valve in addition to replacing a sink faucet. Took the time to explain everything he recommended and did a great job. Would recommend to all and would use again for all our plumbing work.

Steve responded very quickly when I reached out from a referal. He scheduled me in very promptly to troubleshoot my leak and was able to recommend a temp solution until the parts arrived. He and his son working with him were very polite and professional.

Steve was very responsive and professional. He made creative use of technology, asking me to send photos of the affected area and responding with a diagnosis and quote. Steve arrived on time, and was great at communicating. When the repair required one piece in addition to what he quoted, Steve charged only for the part which was more than fair! Excellent at explaining everything before he started work - what he was going to do and why it was needed. Very patient with any questions I had and after both jobs cleaned up and you wouldn't have known I had anything done! Great service and great attitude - he is my go to guy now and I highly recommend him.
Steve replaced two toilets and installed new disposal. Gave great recommendations on product, very thorough job, and made some recommendations on other work I was thinking of doing. Highly recommend!
