The worst AC company in the history. They were hired to do AC tuneup, called me I set up an appointment everything seemed professional then things started feeling unprofessional when I received a call when I was at work for one of the guys saying he’s in front of my property and he was wondering if I was home? I explained to him that I did set up an appointment. Next day another calls saying I’m close by I said the same thing I HAVE AN APPT . They got the job done then a few days later charged me $75 fee for missing an appt they lied just because you’re in the area DOESN'T MEAN it’s a missed appointment.
Charged my family member over 360 dollars to install a 40 dollar thermostat. Should have been home but had to work. Called them up after the fact and they basically told me that was half of the going rate to install a thermostat in the valley. Would not recommend this company to anyone.
They always provide very professional and great service while remaining competitive in their pricing. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. They are top notch. Thanks and keep up the great work!
These folks installed a new unit for me a few years back. That part went fairly well. Fast forward to 2021 and I can't get them to come out and handle a few minor problems I've been having. Not sure they're even still in business.
They give the best advice and service I've had from any HVAC business and have come through multiple times for me. I highly recommend Steve and the team!
Extremely professional and responsive. We agreed he would text a quote and after realizing he only had my work number he personally delivered a paper quote to our front door. Suggested multiple options for us to chose from with different price points. Answered a million questions. Arrived on time and completed the job efficiently. Even had some good recommendations for future work. Would 100% hire again.
Steve Ferguson is an awesome guy!! He knows so much about everything to do with HVAC. He has helped me for more then 10 years with many different AC issues and diagnosises of AC issues. I'm very thankful I've known him all these years.
Great service at an honest price!
Steve came out and evaluated our A/C unit, he pointed out some serious issues that were impacting the performance of our unit. We had a relatively expensive service done, everything is running great now.
Who would've thought I could be cold in a Phoenix summer!! My house was way too hot and I knew sometime was wrong with my air! A friend of mine mentioned a man by the name of Steve Ferguson. She said he was very honest and didn't try to up sell her. Boy was she right! Steve came out first thing the next morning and had my air cooling my house in no time!!
These folks are the real deal! I was so impressed by Steve's knowledge and work ethic. He tried to save our A/C last fall, spending hours tuning it up--but only charging the flat rate for the tune up. By spring, it was apparent we needed a new unit. Steve knew the right product, handled everything professionally and followed up whenever we needed.
