I work for a Property Management company who has used several other HVAC companies and hands down, this one is the best. I cannot rave enough about how professional and responsive they are.
I own a property management company and we have used several different HVAC services for maintenance and installations (both heating and AC) over the years. I have to say that this company is tops. Their communication is excellent; they are on time; they are very honest and do not sell you things you do not need. They even go above and beyond when it comes to the permits; many of their competitors try to pass on that responsibility to the owners. I would recommend this company highly.

Hard working team
My AC unit quit working in the heat of summer. I couldn't be more pleased with Sterling Mechanical. They came out the same day, thoroughly explained the problem and had it fixed in no time. The rate was reasonable and customer service was excellent. They even texted a stop ahead to give me a heads up on the arrival time.
