We used Sterling to do a new heat pump install in early 2020, supporting a local business at such a challenging time was important to us. We reviewed the options we were presented with and chose the affordable Goodman brand. The communication was fine, and the install was okay. The electrician was given the wrong information on where to hook the unit up, and we had to pay more to have it fixed after the fact. About 3 months after the install, a part broke on the unit. It stopped working, and Chad did come out and fix it for us. Now, two years later the same part seemed to break again, and the unit is not working. We reached out and explained the issue, he said he would help and come out in a few days. A week later he informs us over text he no longer sells that brand and can't help us. This could have easily been addressed the day we contacted him. Furthermore, even if you don't sell the brand I would consider it good business to assist a customer two years after install to get them a replacement part that is available. Frankly this was unprofessional and really left us hanging. No recommendation of a different company, not any attempt to assist us what so ever. Good service is hard to find these days, but if you want someone who will help you after the money is paid, this is the wrong company for you.

Called Chad at Sterling and within 24 hours he gave a quote and had the unit installed within the week. He handled all aspects of the project professionaly and with much knowledge. My family will use again.
Had originally gotten a rather high quote from another contractor for installing a heat pump and two ductless heads. Chad gave me a much more reasonable estimate and then upon measuring up the job, said that one head would do the job and save me money. It DID the job and saved me money, plus I was able to get a $1,000 rebate-check from the utility company! With all my phone dealings with Chad he was always professional and returned those calls in a timely fashion. He and his electrician did a GREAT job and I wholeheartedly recommend Sterling for you Heating & Cooling needs.
Chad and his Team Installed a HeatPump and All the Ducting throughout my whole house at a very reasonably Price also were professional and then followed up a few days afterwards to make sure everything was working properly to my satisfaction.
Chad replaced our 25 year old system. We built our house, so have worked with plenty of contractors. Chad and his team worked quickly, with absolute professionalism. Highly recommend him.
