We had been using the same person for our HVAC needs for the past 6 years and learned yesterday they had sold their company. The company that they sold to told us that they could not get to us until next week. Our air conditioning unit was not working in the upstairs or downstairs and we have young children so we obviously could not wait a week with this 90° weather. We had a few friends recommend Stephens to us and so we gave it a try. Not only were they friendly and extremely responsive but they were out to us within a few hours! They were very kind and professional and fixed our issue quickly and quietly and affordably!! I will be using this company for all our HVAC needs in the future and highly recommend them to everyone!!!

Contacted Stephens to do an annual check up on my hvac unit, that they happened to have installed last summer. The techs arrived at the time I was told they would be there. As usual, both gentlemen were professional, respectful, and courteous. Any questions I had were answered. To no surprise, my hvac is in great shape. In my honest opinion, Stephens Heating and Cooling is a top notch company that you can trust and I would recommend them to anyone.
Excellent. These young men were knowledgeable and professional. They diagnosed the problem with our heat pump and had it back in working order in less than an hour. We highly recommend this company.
Small family business, the owners Son did my work and was very educated on all questions that I asked him. Will never call any of the large HVAC company"s again. EXCELLENT COMPANY!

Got a recommendation from a neighbor in the HVAC industry to use these guys. They did the installation of one of my HVAC units a couple of years ago. They have done the maintenance on both my units since. Cody is the technician that does my service work and I highly recommend him. He is very polite and mindful of keeping the dirt outside. Very thorough in his work and lets you know how everything is. Great guy and great company.

Great experience! Our HVAC system went out unexpectedly and when we called, they came out to assess what was needed same day and got us a quote (very reasonable!) that included a couple options with prices and warranties to help us make the best decision. Came out early next morning and got to work, replacing our unit and some duct work to make the system work most efficiently. Very nice and respectful people, competitive pricing, and extremely responsive! Would definitely recommend for all your HVAC needs.
Great service! I called with a heating issue and was scheduled for service in the same day. The technicians promptly arrived and had me up and running in about an hour at a price that was very fair. All the staff were friendly, polite, and professional. I very highly recommend them. t
Our heating unit stopped working, made a loud ugly noise and was frozen/ not moving. We tried running just the fan with no luck. Cody came out identified the problem as a simple issue needing a new wire; fixed it right away and only had a service call charge. This is about the fourth time we have used Stephens and every time the service has been outstanding. They are always friendly, helpful, professional and they always find the most cost effective solution. Excellent.
This team checks all the box’s! Wow! They did a quality job fair pricing and completed the job in under 2 days. Eddie was incredible with details and answered any questions. Outstanding - they were extremely responsive and repaired the system quickly - even during the Holidays. Will call them every time I need AC or heating repair.
I highly recommend Stephens Heating and Cooling. Service was provided in a timely manner and the office kept me updated as to when the techs would arrive.
