STEED HVAC is a top service company. Each technician is professional, knowledgeable and personable. There was someone at my home to diagnose the air conditioning issues within hours of my call for help. The technicians showed me what the problem was and what was needed to insure the longevity of my unit. I highly recommend STEED HVAC.

Steed HVAC was punctual, friendly, and had my heater repaired in 15 minutes.
So let me tell you about Hakim: he is a man of his word. He knows his business and he knows how to deal with people. My boiler - which is 20 years old if it's a day - has broken twice now and both times he and his associate showed up at my house and knew exactly what to do. More than that, he answered all my questions and took me through all the steps I need to do to maintain this old beauty of mine. Listen, I'm a licensed mental health therapist and so there is nothing I value more than integrity and truth. If you need work done on your HVAC system, I could not possibly recommend anyone moreso than Hakim. He's your man!

We had PECO out for a slight gas smell in our utility room. The PECO guy couldnt find any leaks but he said to have the HVAC serviced "sooner rather than later". We called Steed and Mr Steed came out the next day, on a weekend. He was so thorough in checking for any issues and he explained everything he was doing. He spent a lot of time with us. It turned out that we didnt have any problems, but Steed gave us peace of mind. We will definitely call him for our annual air conditioning and heating services. Also, he is a really nice man.
I contracted this company to replace the pipes for my bathroom. Mr. Steed and his employees were awesome. They showed up on time and were very professional. They were able to get the job done of replacing my pipes quickly and efficiently. They were also able to quickly handle an unforeseen situation were my pipe burst in the wall of my basement. They were able to come back the next day and replace the broken pipe. The overall experience went well. I would highly recommend.

I would like to comment on the technician Mr Steed that was dispatched to my house on June 8th 2022 .Mr Steed took his time with explaining every question I asked with enthusiasm and patience. Mr Steed gave me a date to install AC unit When the date came to install Ac unit he and his crew came finished the job the job in a timely matter . I was pleased with the service from Steed Hvac.

I highly recommend this company for ALL major household issues. This company has installed and modified my water heater. They also, came for one issue with my plumbing, found another issue. They dug up and replaced the whole entire main pipe inside my basement. They were very friendly, explained everything to me in detail. Being a first time home owner, I felt very comfortable doing business with this coming. Very fast response time, very professional team! Worked with me in areas I needed help in. I literally have no complaints about this Company! Will call again for any issue and will recommend to anyone! Thank you for everything!
Very professional and attentive and was very sufficient also very knowledgeable about the services provided I used Steed HVAC services 3 different occasions and will use in the future
The company was contracted through my warranty company to fix a leak from my water main and on the first time he came to my home to provide an assessment he said, "I'm here on Superbowl night" as to say that we should not ask questions about the risk of the leak and wanted it done as soon as possible. Having a leak in your home is not a small matter and his sole focus on his own issues and concerns were minimizing. When he finally came out to fix the leak, something had changed. I asked him what had changed from his initial assessment and he told me to back up, in my own home. As a woman, I definitely question if he would have told a man that. He proceeded to explain and say that it turned out to be a bigger job than he thought. However, it only took about 15 - 20 minutes to actually complete the job. So, one you are frustrated or overwhelmed and I am supposed to be confident in your service...? He did explain again after he fixed the leak and the pipe he had broken, however, I was completely turned off by his lack of professionalism. He also told us that we had to get an electrician to ground the wire across the water main. He had to un-ground it to complete the work, but told us that we had to get an electrician ground it again. Fortunately, he had a young man with him who did it. As a business owner, as a professional, as a person providing a service, be upfront about what you can do and what you can't. Also, know that you are in someone's home. You need to enter someone's home with the upmost respect and humility. It's a job that you decided to accept and you are getting paid for. As the customer, as a homeowner I want to be informed and ultimately have my concerns addressed. While we thanked him for his services, we did not provide a tip and will not be using their services. I hope this feedback provides a picture of a complete great customer experience, not just if the work was completed. I'm a firm believer in supporting Black owned businesses. This feedback
