10 /10 recommended! We contacted William and within one hour he was out fixing our unit. We are currently experiencing record heat with heat index is in the 110s. This was a little concerning with a toddler in the home and his quick response and customer service was unmatched! Thank you William for saving the day!
While visiting a friend in Summerville we came home after sightseeing on a 98* day to the air conditioning not working! We looked up Stay Cool after finding out the owner lived in the same community. Within 10 minutes he was at her home and within 15 minutes it was working again! Such a life saver. Thank you for helping my friend and keeping our time together enjoyable & cool!

I have known William for many years. So of course AC waits until Summer and when the weather is almost 100 degrees with high humidity . My AC was almost 20 years old and finally gave up and was unrepairable this time . Will and his crew promptly came back and installed a new system. It only took around 2 hours and my house began to cool down from 99 degrees and became livable again. It's nice to know they are out there for my family and we were quickly rescued.
Will has been our go to guy for 5 years. Yearly service and maintenance. As a real estate agent I refer him to my clients and he always delivers exceptional service! Always Will!! Ha!!

I've been dealing with William @ Stay Cool for about 15 years. First he is a Christian. That tells me he is going to give me his best in all that he does. That's how it goes when you walk with the Lord. William knows I have MS. Because of that if I get too hot it can cause me to have an exacerbation. I might not talk to him for a year, but when I call he answers me with "What can I do for you friend" and he means it. He has always felt like a good friend that I can call when I have problems. Warm weather here in Feb. so we had our a/c on. Had that 'wet socks' smell. Probably normal for the first running of the a/c, but the 3rd & 4th times? I called Will. He gave me a time (texted with him at 7:30 am), he was 'on-time', took care of business (thank you, thank you, thank you), and it was Prompt Service At A Reasonable Price. We called Will from Stay Cool and he came out the next day for an inspection for the selling of our house. He was early, professional and did exactly what the buyer requested. The following week the buyer wanted an additional write up ...Will though he didn’t have to did it no questions asked to help us sell the house. Will’s amazing customer service attitude surpassed my expectations. I will be a customer of stay cool for life !
