David called me to check up on my air conditioning unit. He checked on it 2 years earlier and rembered it was on its last legs. He honored a price he quoted me a while ago. Installed in 1 day. Super clean and careful (air handler has to come out of the attic through our newly remodeled home...). Nice to have good honest business owners...

5 restaurants that have been neglected but Dave came in and worked to bring all 5 units up to excellence, saving me future utility costs and our ability to make all of our guests happy and comfortable! You will not go wrong with his service, honesty and skill. Have hired him to now do quarterly maintenance! Smart move for us.
So happy I found ‘stay cool!’ Our HVAC system needed regular maintenance and they were able to offer appointments same day! David was extremely professional and knowledgeable with my concerns and issues. As well as respectful of my home, making sure a mess wasn’t made or left behind. Greatly appreciate their service!
David Medina was prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. He responded quickly and was upfront about everything (ETA to arrive, cost estimate, etc). He also took the time to explain what the issue was, what he did to fix it, and answer our questions. I will definitely call him again.
David was very professional and went above and beyond the job. He even helped me change the chirping battery on my smoke detector before he left.

We were totally ripped off and the tech didn’t even fix the problem! He told us we needed to purchase almost $800 worth of replacement parts for the AC unit. However, the reason the AC wasn’t working was because the furnace door was not completely attached.
