I should have written a review last year when Luis came out quickly and fixed our AC. He did such a great job, I searched my records to find him again when we needed another repair this month. Of course he did not disappoint - communicative, responsive, professional and reasonably priced. Will use his service again if needed. Thanks Luis!
After getting stalled and the run around from several local A/C Companies, i finally filled a form & LUIS from Static heating & A/C called me, he gave me a very reasonable budget cost. LUIS came out within 30 minutes & went right to work, had all the tools & Freon, he came , he conquered, Great work, he really knows his trade. Bill

The tech on time and explained everything that was going on with my A/C to me where I could understand. The pricing was fair and most of all my system is back working. I have already told my neighbors about Static Heating & Air!
Static A/C provided top rate and very timely repair service at a respectable price. They clearly identified the issues we were plagued with for several months and corrected accordingly!!!
Luis was very professional and really good quality. He came and assessed the job and then came back the following day with parts to repair the HVAC unit. I’d highly recommend Static heating and air conditioning and will definitely use them again.

Luis was a great technician and great representative of the company in which he works for. For companies that constantly over charge and lack customer service Luis offered free advice in which fixed my issue. This guy was a blessing we were without proper running ac for about a week he gave a quick and fair estimate and was able to perform the job the next day he even offered to put in a window unit for us to use until he came the next day. Definitely would recommend and the job was completed in the time frame that was discussed we had to sleep with blankets the night it was installed that’s how cold it was. He saved our little girls birthday party that was coming up in a few days this guy is very knowledgeable give him your business you won’t regret it.
We realized the temperature inside the house was hotter than usual... OMG! Is the A/C broken!!? We realized it was working but not properly. So, my husband found Static Heating and Air Conditioning. He said that it had the best review so I called on Monday! The technician Luis showed up within 1 hour! His diagnose was very straight forward (no BS!) and quick! He fixed the problem and even sent me a follow up text! I believe that the price was fair if it's not cheap and the service was very reliable. Now we have go to A/C guy and we are very happy!
If all A/C repair personal were as honest and forthright as Luis people could relax and know the job is done right and very fair with cost!! Phenomenal company!!!

Tonight I met Luis, the owner of Static Heating and Air Conditioning. I found him on Angie's List. I inquired about the services and he called in under 10 minutes. He arrived within 30minutes. Luis went up into my attic, thoroughly checked my vents, and the unit inside and out. He identified the issue, fixed it and explained to me what was wrong in detail and what the part he repaired does. He was very knowledgeable about his trade and was very professional. I would definitely recommend his company and will use him for any of my future issues.
I called multiple companies to get a quote for an airhandler replacement on Sunday. My ceiling started leaking bc the airhandler dripping pan overflow. Two companies responded on tthat day, Sunday. One of them being Static Heating and A/C. Unlike, the first company/Technician whose objective was to sell me an airhandler, Mr. Reyes did a system maintenance to identify the root cause. Mr Reyes was making sure whether the airhandler did need to be replaced. What could have cost me thousands of $$, cost me almost nothing. Moreover give that it was a Sunday. Mr. Reyes fixed the issue and my AC is working and no more overflow. If you read this, please give them a call. I can tell you, you will receive EXCELLENT Customer Service! That is rare now adays. I give Mr. Reyes 5 Stars.
We shopped three different companies for a new HVAC system for our home in College Station. (Malek, Happy, and Static) We were very tired of our old system not being able to keep up with the Texas summer. It was old and too small. Static was wonderful to work with. They offered more at the lowest cost and installed a unit that is made in America. The instalation took about 8 hours and the house was cooled down before we went to bed. The employees were patient, knowledgeable, and professional. They came back after instalation to make sure the system was working properly. The new HVAC is quiet and, more importantly, is keeping our house cold. (Picture shows an outdoor temperature of 97⁰ and an indoor temperature of 72⁰)
I had Luis come out and provide me a bid on replacing my entire AC system. He waver very prompt, well-informed and gave me a very competitive proposal. The only reason that I did not use him is that I was already decided to use an HVAC manufacturer and that was not one of the systems he is selling... otherwise I think it would have been great to do business with him.
I am well pleased with the service provided by Static Heating and Air . Luis Reyes was very knowledgeable and resolved the problem quickly. He was also very courteous, answered questions I had on the Trane HVAC systems installed at my house, as well as provided recommendations for routine maintenance. Luis tested everything, double checked to ensure all joints were sealed and made sure the system was in full working order. I would highly recommend this company to my family and friends and anyone else looking for Quality Service.at an affordable price. God bless Static Heating and Air Conditioning!!! PS I even received new slab for my condenser unit, how sweet is that.
