Starn's have taken care of my entire family since I was young, and still to this day. Top notch service, an extreme amount of care, and selflessness. From the start of the business with his father and passed on to Jeff, there is none better. He is always just a call away!
Capable and honest. A big company said my furnace needed to be replaced for thousands. By them of course. Starns came out, I only needed a $100 part and $100 labor. Furnace worked fine for another 20 years after that. DONT do anything without checking with Starns first! Reliable and honest!
Jeff came out tonight on Christmas eve and took time away from his family to fix our furnace. I had called 2 other companies this week who tried pressuring me to buy a new furnace and ac until (these companies both diagnosed my problem different than the next) Jeff Starn was honest and told me the problem and was able to fix it without costing me and arm and a leg and next Years Christmas gifts. I would highly recommend Starn and will not use any other service providers again after such a great experience today!!!!
We have always had great service from Starn Heating and Air. We had an issue where the thermostat would not turn on the furnace. They came out and found a dead battery 😅 on the thermostat. So the running joke when we call for service now is " Did you check the batteries?" They are a great 2nd generation owned business that is willing to bend over backwards for their customers.

Our thermostat quit working at 4:00 on a Friday before a holiday weekend. Jeff came immediately and took care of the problem. This is exactly why I have used Starns for over 32 years! Great service from great people!
