Had a blower motor bracket brake loose and woke me up at 7am, had to shut down our HVAC system in the attic and find a repair company. Called one of my trusted buddys in the housing industry and he recommended STAR. Called Ace that same morning and he was out in a few hours. They checked out the whole system and said I was good to go with only 1hour labor (because they had a challenge removing the blower motor to fix the bracket) and the trip fee. Very fair guys. I will keep using them in the future!
