Heat pump went out as soon as it started to get hot, Stanford came out to repair it. Gave me repair options but told me it was smarter on a 20 year old unit to replace it. The were great about working around my schedule for installation!
We are so happy with and grateful for Stanford Inc Heating & Cooling installing a new furnace and AC for us! LeRoy was very personable and attentive to our needs throughout the whole experience, as well as open and communicative about the process. They provided a couple of different (very reasonable!) quotes for us based on the potential projects and their quotes were the best price of the different estimates we got from other companies in Bloomington. They are a great local team to support. LeRoy and his crew were very friendly, thorough, and great communicators. Even though the project was not urgent for us, they were quick to get the work scheduled once we decided to work with them. Our furnace is located in a very inconvenient location and we ended up with a lot of unexpected issues with old, moldy ductwork, but they took all these challenges in stride. We will definitely use them again for any heating or cooling needs!
Highly recommended. Will definitely use them again. Friendly and professional.
They no call/no showed twice. When I had to call to reschedule after the first time it seemed they were very unorganized since they struggled to find my first appointment.
Excellent service and very good workmanship. We were 💯 satisfied!
We are having ongoing problems with our heat pump and the professionals at Stanford Heating and Cooling have assisted us numerous times. They are quick, reliable, and charge reasonable fees. Most importantly, they don't try to sell you something you don't need. I highly recommend them to anyone!
Always quick and fair priced does great work and never tries to upsell anything.
Was my first time using them and Joe (out of the Stanford Indiana office) provided some great service. Very thorough and professional. I would confidently recommend him to anyone. Thanks Stanford.
