Was very happy with my experience with Standard. They did a great job replacing my Samsung HVAC with a Mitsubishi. When there was a installation defect a few weeks after. They immediately scheduled a time to come and take if it. Customer service 10/10!
I can't say enough good things about standard air. They were extremely prompt in all of their communication with me and also provided exceptional service. They were transparent with their pricing and I never felt like they were trying to overcharge me. From start to finish standard air provides professional service and it is obvious that they care about the quality of service they give their customers. I would absolutely use them again for all my A/C needs.
From the office staff to the technicians in the field, everyone was polite, professional, and most of all, they were excellent at their jobs. Daniel was our technician and Ashley & Palani organized and coordinated everything. No complaints. Highly recommended!
I needed to have an old split AC system disinstalled and hauled away. I contacted Standard Air because of their 5 star reviews and they did not disappoint. Ashley was super nice on the phone. I emailed her pictures of the old unit and she was able to give me a reasonable quote without an in-person inspection. The day before the appointment, I received a reminder email and that Daniel and Kasey would be doing the work. On the day of the work, they called because they were running early and asked if they could come early. That doesnʻt happen very often with service people when youʻre given a time window and usually theyʻre late or they donʻt give you the courtesy of a call! Everything went smoothly. I would definitely consider Standard Air if I were looking into a new split AC system in the future.
Standard Air is a very reliable and professional company. They gave us quick quotes and set up a date for installation. Installation is done with a team of professionals. They are careful and detail oriented. The product that we had installed is Fujitsu—it’s a quiet system that keeps the house cool. It changed our lives. We love it and have used the company twice.
Standard Air has installed 2 split air systems for us and we are very happy with them. Everyone was very professional, prompt and willing to work around our schedule as we are having a lot of other work done at our house. Highly recommend them!

Showed up on the agreed date, very clean installation, and very quickly responded for some follow up adjustments.
Rather than charge me an arm and a leg to do maintenance that was not necessary on an AC system in a condo that I just purchased, they were right up front and told me after their examination that the unit was in perfect condition, and no servicing was needed. How often do you hear that from a maintenance company! This is an honest company!

I cannot praise this company as much as I want to! If you're looking to having AC installations done. I suggest you skip wasting your time with estimates from other companies like we did. From the beginning to the absolute end. Standard Air has crossed every check mark we were looking for. I sent out a price estimate inquiry to multiple businesses late evening. The owner, Spencer not only responded within a few minutes. He was the first from all companies to respond. We wanted to allow other companies an opportunity to win our business as they had less customer reviews and just wanted to support a smaller company. Wish we didn't tbh because not only were other companies TERRIBLE with communication, they were far from punctual and DOUBLE the estimated price that Standard Air gave us. Spencer even gave recommendations on what would be most economical and efficient for future maintenance. Mind you, the company that gave us double the estimated price is one with not more than 5 reviews whilst Standard Air had over 100 high ratings. Once we chose their company, they were communicative and sent multiple confirmations for the installation date. The date of installation, they arrived early yet allowed us appropriate time to prepare for their service (clearing things from the working area.) As one who prides themselves of punctuality. The fact that they completed the entire installation INCLUDING clean up 40% quicker than what was quoted was the icing on the cake to our satisfaction!! Thank you so so much Standard Air for everything!!!!
Installation was professional and on time, their response to client concerns are great, always available to help. After my home installation, I definitely called them back to do work for my business.
