Installed a new mini split and couldn’t be happier. The scheduling was on time and the install was very professional. Unit works amazing, wish I did it sooner. I’d recommend St John’s to anyone needing heating and cooling work.

Jason was exceptional. He was honest and did a great job repairing the air conditioner by replacing the motor and the circuit board and when the first one blew out he didnt charge me for it. Jr didn't try and sell me a new system like some people he saved me thousands of dollars and I would highly recommend Jason if you your looking for someone honest hard working and a true professional. 10 stars A ++++++++++

I just used St. John Brothers for the very first time. Jason was very professional and friendly. I appreciated that he arrived on time (even a little early) and on the date we scheduled. He serviced my central air conditioner and walked me through everything he did. I will definitely have him come back in the future to continue to service my air conditioner as well as my furnace. The whole experience from start to finish was great! I definitely recommend Jason!
Everything from the first phone call to final installation (mini split ) was hassle free and well done. It was such a great decision and has kept our home cool in this hot May weather. I would highly recommend this company, you won’t be disappointed! Plus, all rebate paperwork was done by them and I received a great rebate from MA Energy.

Jason was recommended to me by a friend... The first time I used St. John Brothers was to fix my existing air conditioner unit.. I had 2 other Hvac companies look at my system and both charged me obscene amounts of money and still the system did not work! Jason came in and it took him about 2 minutes to see the problem and the charge was reasonable... Being a woman many businesses look at gouging you .. Right away I gave my trust to Jason, could see how he could have made more money off me , but just did the work he was there for with many suggestions how to make it more Efficient... That was approx.. 4 years ago. He now services both my A/C and my Boiler ... Very prompt with scheduling service. And most important ... I know he will not rake me over the coals for his services ! I recommend St. John’s Brothers every time I hear someone has a problem w heat or Air conditioning ... Thank you Jason for being professional, courteous , prompt , and most of all trust worthy !!

We have been doing business with St John Brothers Heating and Cooling for years. Jason always goes the extra mile. Had him install a WiFi thermostat. Before I purchased one I emailed him to make sure it was going to be compatible with my furnace. Prompt response. After installation he took the time to help me install the application on my phone, set up account and guided me through programming the day schedule I wanted. No complaints/concerns when it comes to emergencies either. One day in the middle of winter...the AC unit kicked on.😳 Called and Jason walked me through some things it could be and helped me shut it down as the controls were not working. He came the next morning and determined that it was shorted out by a staple through a wire where the repairman stapled the wire back up. Another issue was when we had the house re-sided and roof. Couldn’t get heat or AC going. Another call to Jason and he was able to direct me to the main switch outside that the construction people probably shut off while doing work and did not turn back on. Saved himself a visit and me some $ for a stupid issue. It is so nice to do business with someone you can trust and who is reasonably priced!
All work was done with high quality, on time, and professionalism. Definitely will use this service in the future and recommend to others
