Joe did a wonderful job for us with the installation of new return air supplies and also the previous installation of our April Air. He was responsive, gave quick estimates and pricing was fair. Joe was timely, professional and did a good job on the project. We will be calling him back for any other HVAC needs in the future

Joe came out to install a humidifier and check over the furnace. Before installing, he showed me where it was going to be installed, where the lines were to be done, etc. After the install, he did a furnace tune-up and we're glad that he did. Even though it's only two years old, it was dirty (from the new house construction) and settings were incorrect. Joe cleaned out everything. The setting was for the gas pressure at the gas valve. The builder had set it too high. Joe indicated it could hurt the efficiency of the furnace and also be a safety concern. He adjusted to the proper level. Afterwards, he explained everything that he had done and showed us how to adjust the humidifier and what to look for in the house. Joe cleaned up everything in the room and actually left it cleaner than when he got there! Price-wise, I checked four other companies and his humidifier install was the best price. The furnace tune-up was priced right as well. I will be using Joe on a semi-annual basis for furnace and AC tune-ups.
Highly recommend Joe at St.Croix Comfort for any of your HVAC repairs. It is pleasure to work with someone who does not try to rip you off or sell you something you don’t need. In case of my air conditioning which just went out, I had another company trying to sell a new system based on the fact that my current unit was not repairable at a cost of $6,800. Called Joe for second opinion and the only thing we needed was refrigerant and change of the capacitor for a total cost $400 including labor, instead of $6,800. Highly recommend them!!!

Joe is just super friendly and down to earth. Great service. Told me what was wrong and explained in a way I could understand. Nice to give business to someone who isn’t going to overcharge you. I won’t go anywhere else for HVAC needs.
What a great experience With St. Croix Comfort! We had a brand-new A/C installed this summer. It was a first time ever install (big job) and Joe knocked it out of the park. We could not be happier with the service, product, knowledge, pricing and communication. Joe was the best - he has topnotch customer service and made us feel comfortable and confident from the start!! He was on-time, kind, always available for questions and was beyond thorough. Joe Girard came in and discovered that our furnace systems moter had broke. He ordered the part and came back three days later and installed the new part. He was very professional and I was amazed of his knowledge of our 20 year old furnace system.
