Dave Leger recommends SRC AIR- AC & Heating. Share with public. First time I used them, was 2019. There service and neatness is great. People that care. I have been having issues with my central air condition unit sweating since we bought the house. Change out 2 units not from the unit wearing out, change because of rusting out. No air condition technician around here could solve the problem. Third time I had to change my unit, my son is the Manager at Goodsman Chuck Leger in Lafayette , said call SRC THERE IS NO REASON that unit is sweating. when they installed the new unit he guarantee the unit would not sweat. Tanner Roberts owner gave me the guarantee, he kept his word no sweating issues now. There service is great. I also took the 10 year labor warranty little high but I am worry free. I just use them for service November 4, 2022 to clean my mini-split, and the service my air condition for my home and the service is just as good to day as in was since 2019. There knowledge about the air conditioner problems is great. If I would have use them in the past, I may not have had to replace my previous units twice. I HIGHLY RECOMEND SRC AIR.
Gabe does amazing work and goes above and beyond in service and experience. I am the "hovering" customer that likes to self educate and ask lots of questions. Gabe had no problem with teaching me and being honest about how things should be and work. Gabe is highly recommended for his work ethic and quality of work. The experience and knowledge Tanner brings to his business and employees is amazing. He will go out of his way on any day, even weekends to come out to your house to resolve issues. His response time is very quick and will go above and beyond most business owners. We had some hiccups along the way but Tanner made sure they got resolved to the best his ability and knowledge. He will not let you down.
Gabe Abshire and Duane Varnado where great they did the work in a timely fashion they where very professional after all the work was done they removed all the old materials I will use them again
My experience with SRC AIR has been all very positive. Each person that I've dealt with was very attentive and very patient with me because I had a lot of questions. They are very knowledgeable and very professional . The work that was performed has been top notch. Its day two of the installation of my system and I am very satisfied. Gabe Abshire, Duane Varnado, Tanner Roberts, and Ms. Anita are excellent at what they do. I highly recommend them. Thank you all for such great service.

We went through 3 different AC companies trying to get our AC to run correctly. The first company came but had zero clue what was going on and ended up just leaving and assigning the service call to another company that never showed up. We finally had the team from SRC Air come over and try to figure out the problem. Thank you Gabe Abshire for fixing the problem and educating me on what was going wrong and how what you were replacing would fix it. Very professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.
Gabe & Steven were prompt, professional, competent, and friendly. Our 20-year-old unit had seen its better days and though we had to wait a bit due to the home warranty shipping the new condenser they got it installed quickly. In south Louisiana in the summer solid AC professionals are akin to angels. Thanks Gabe & Steven, & Anita in the office at SRC Air Conditioning. 🙏🙏💕
Zach & Miles were polite and professional when they came out to install my A/C. They were fast and answered questions that I had. They were knowledgeable about their work and what needed to be done. They definitely are an asset to their company
Very patient with me especially having To go through the insurance company to get things going. The installers ( miles Lopez and Trey Dawson) were efficient and got it right the first time!! You earn every dollar you get paid!
Our air went out at 7pm on a Saturday. We gave SRC a call and they showed up within an hour and promptly diagnosed and fixed our problem. Very professional service and quality work! I highly recommend this company.
SRC Air is our one and only when it comes to HVAC services in Acadiana both for our home and our business. Miss Anita is always a pleasure to speak to and extremely helpful and responsive towards any needs we have, while Tanner and his team are amazing at finding solutions for any problems that occur and our biannual maintenance. SRC is not the cheapest option around, but if cheap is your top priority for something as necessary as AC in SE Louisiana, you probably should reevaluate your priorities. Tanner and his team are honest and trustworthy with no markups and truly care about their clients. We are so glad to have found them !
SRC air provided top notch service when I was having issues with my air conditioner. They gave me a thorough second opinion and answered all of my many questions, even after closing hours! From my very first conversation with Anita on the phone, I knew I was in good hands. Tanner and his team were prompt, knowledgeable, and friendly. I can't thank them enough. Ben Axsom from SRC Air is hands down the best HVAC technician I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with. He was extremely courteous and professional. Ben showed me multiple options for the install that would maximize the efficiency of the unit. The prices are extremely competitive. SRC was helpful and professional from start to finish! Can’t say enough good about their staff!!

Just the best
Tanner and his men just installed a brand new system today for me. He explained the whole process step by step and the whole SRC team cares about doing the job right and for a fair price. He is even returning next monday when temps are higher so he can "tweak" the system for optimal performance. This is my 2nd time using SRC and I can't say enough about the professionalism and the pride they take on the job. The financing for my new AC was unbelievable and can't be beat.
Mr. Tanner did an excellent job fixing our heater. Quick and very professional. If you are looking for an company to work on your central unit SRC Air is the company to call. Explain what happened to our heater step by step,and answered all of our questions. We are very pleased with SRC Air.
