Matt and his team were professional, courteous, and completed the installation in a timely manner. Matt is very responsive and provided follow-up for the incentives and rebates. We rely solely on the heat-pumps for our heating and cooling needs. So far we have only gone through the winter and we did not need a secondary heat source. In fact, Matt's team removed our oil baseboards, furnace, and oil tank. We also installed a heat-pump water heater and it works well. So far, we are happy with the upgrades.
We contacted Spring Climate LLC, Hamden CT, to install a Norton Heating & Air Conditioning heat pump in my home. They gave me exactly what I wanted at a better price than the three other quotes we received. We took all of their recommendations after they carefully planned the proper sizing and unit for my house, which also was tied into my duct work. They engineered it perfectly to my complete satisfaction. The 3 day install went beautifully. Matt, Ron and installation crew were professionals, meticulous and had a wonderful work ethic. They were clearly held to a high standard. Matt & Ron checked and double checked the heat pump installation on two separate occasions to make sure everything was operating as it should. They totally cared and were perfectionists (I am a perfectionist as well). The installation exceeded any and all expectations from start to finish of this project. The System works so well that we just set the temperature and leave it alone. We recommend them highly and would not hesitate to use them again! Howard N

Matt from Spring Climate updated our heating system, AC, and installed a ductless AC unit in another part of our program. Everyone who was working in the center was professional and conscious of the policies our program was following with Covid. Matt worked with me to minimize having to close our center and explained everything in detail. I would highly recommend this company and would absolutely work with them in the future.

Matt and Ron from Spring Climate did a phenomenal job. They were punctual, knowledgeable, and did high quality work. We were a bit demanding about wanting the exterior portions to be as discreet as possible. They came up with a few creative solutions to make this happen. I could not be happier. The job took a little longer than expected, but the price stayed the same and the quality of the work was worth the wait. Last year when the oil prices spiked, I switch to the splits exclusively. My heating bill was about 1/2 of what it was costing my with oil.
I've used the heat pump for the past couple years as my only heat source for 1000 SQFT ranch house with no issues; Extremely satisfied with its performance; quietness, energy consumption and huge operational cost savings with no maintenance. I am very proud to share my electric heating bill for the month of Jan 2022 that only used 400 KW costing me $100. this is remarkable for New England coldest month of the year. Energy saving is due to the invertor technology that only consumes about 20-25% of electricity with 100% delivery output of desired heat/cooling temp. Spring Climate is a great company to deal with; very professional with good technical skills to complete the project with ease and timely manner; I would recommend and hire this company for all heating/Cooling needs. We contacted Matt to install ductless AC units.. Our house is highly customized and several other vendors either declined to provide us with a quote, or gave us quotes that were extremely high. Matt got back to me immediately. Surveyed the house, discussed several options, and provided a reasonable quote. In the end, we installed several multi units ductless ac units by Norton. The installation process was smooth, Matt and his team were professional, on time, delivered as promised. The AC units are efficient, quiet, and keep our house cool (I was pleasantly surprised to see that my electricity bill has hardly changed). If you are looking for ductless units, look no further.
Norton is a very good product for air conditioning and heating. Top quality service and installation departments. The price was affordable, service was promptly replied. Overall good company to work with.
