Our AC went out and no one was able to come for a few days, I had experience with Spradlin Service Company through my employer so I decided to give him a call. I called at 8:30 pm, without him even knowing my mom was battling cancer and the heat was really getting to her, he was at our home by 9:30 pm. The AC needed a part in Catoosa so he drove there that night and had our AC working before 11pm. He is one of the kindest , hardest working people you will work with. My family is so thankful for his work and I recommend him to everyone!
Justin is a true professional that honestly cares about his customers! My compressor went out and Justin not only came out immediately, but stayed at my house until 1am to install a new condenser so my family wouldn't have to fry over a hot weekend. I can't thank him enough! I would recommend Justin to EVERYONE!! If you need anything HVAC related don't think twice about calling him!

Spradlin Service Co saved us in a pinch. It was zero degrees out and the heater wasn’t working on our house. Out of numerous companies I called, he was the only one who could help me same day. We will definitely use him again! He is honest, reliable and hardworking!
Amazing young man showed up in the middle of the night, very kind and easy to discuss our hearing issue with. Went the extra mile to walk us through some steps to prevent repeat problems and was an absolute pleasure to have over. Wish he would have taken my sister in laws cat, but that's unrelated to the five stars.
Justin is an honest and hard working guy. We moved into a house built in the 70s on a concrete slab and the old floor vents/ducts had holes and couldn’t be replaced. The entire system needed to be taken overhead into the attic and new ducts and vents needed to be installed. We hired him in September to replace the HVAC and install all new air ducts and vents in the ceiling (after calling two other HVAC companies for pricing who never got back to me). Justin responded quickly to calls and text messages. He came to the house quickly to offer a quote (if I remember correctly, he came to the house the same day I called). He honored his quote to the dime despite forgetting to include pouring concrete into the holes in the floors where the old ducts were (he ended up filling the vent holes for free). He scheduled a day to do the work, showed up on time, and finished all the work when he said he would (in two days). The quality of the work is great. He did a COMPLETE job, nothing left undone. He said there is a 1 year labor warranty for everything. We called him today, a snowy Sunday in December, after one of the vent registers was taken down for painting and we couldn’t get the vent back in the dry wall. He came to the house 15 minutes after I contacted him despite there being active snowfall and bad roads. He fixed the register. As an aside, I asked if he did any electrical work because the hardwiring to the doorbell transformer wasn’t working and I wanted it fixed (I had tested all the parts and knew for sure it was that there was no power from the main lines to the doorbell). He took a quick look and realized he probably destroyed the internal wiring himself when installing the new HVAC system 4 months ago (which I didn’t even think of, just thought it was a broken wire because the house is 50 years old). He fixed the doorbell right then and there for free, because he was honest enough to tell me it was he who broke it in the first place, and he wanted to hono
Justin and his guy did a fantastic job on our air conditioning and heating units replacement. I highly recommend this company they definitely know their stuff!
