Greg replaced our tankless hot water heater the next day! The bigger companies couldn’t even guarantee a time in the next couple days. Called Greg and he said he would work us in ASAP and by the end of the day he was at our house. We had already decided on replacing old unit and he had one installed the next day! Would highly recommend!
Greg does a great job. He is flexible to our work schedule, provides advice and most importantly doesn't try to sell us more than we need. Small businesses have it difficult today, so happy to support an honest one.

I called Spence Mechanical with a plumbing leak and he was very quick to get here. After discussing the issue for a moment it didn't take Greg but a couple minutes to diagnose the faulty field valve in the toilet which was leaking onto the floor. He was very friendly and has great customer service skills and also works very efficiently. Great experience all the way around and will definitely contact Spence Mechanical for any Hvac, electrical, plumbing or gas problems I have in the future! Thanks again Greg!
