This company was hired through my home warranty, and they observed that my coil /drain pan was completely rusted out. The complete replacement was going to cost close to $3000. I decided to get a second opinion, and I was shown that my actual coil / drain pan was plastic and not metal so how can plastic rust? I will not recommend this company because they completely misinformed me, and I would have been out of $3000. My issue has been fixed by another company, and i am satisfied with the service. Do not hire this company unless you want to be misinformed and taken advantage.

Went above and beyond, they had to take both my units apart entirely, and rebuild the platform it was sitting on in my house to stop it from leaking. They worked 5 hours straight in my hot house, and fixed the problem, and didn’t charge me 1 cent over what they quoted in the beginning (which was at least $500 cheaper then the other 3 companies I called in the Dfw area)
At home with a newborn baby. A/C goes out, called at noon, office ladies got us scheduled same day! Tech was friendly, on time and worked hard to get us fixed up! Also installed a new thermostat that we had with a smile when asked at the last minute! Reasonable charges, good people and great work! Can't ask for more 🤷!

I was in need of a new AC/heating system. I received three quotes from Speedy and two other local companies in Cedar Hill, TX. One company tech showed up smelling like alcohol and tried to charge double what Speedy and the other company was charging. The other company tried to bad mouth Speedy. From the time I called and spoke with Stephanie to the time Logan provided quote and installed my new system, I received nothing but excellent customer service and professionalism from Speedy staff. I would highly recommend Speedy and will be using them for all of my AC/heating services!
I've been using Speedy services for 13 years to service my A/C and Heating check ups through there Fall and Spring (PMA) Preventative Maintenance Agreement program which for a nominal fee has help to catch problems from the normal wear and tear that would have been more costly if the condition was left to degrade when if you consider the cost to replace a A/C and heating unit. With that being said 3 weeks ago in April during the Spring (PMA) my 20 year old A/C unit, "That's right I said 20 years old" A/C unit was found to be on it's last leg though still pumping cold air and that longevity was I believe attributed consistent care. So since starting in January 2020 government regulation will require the use of the latest environmentally safe Freon and the old type will start to be obselete I decided to it was time to replaced the A/C and heating unit. The guys did awesome job and at a great price From the office staff to the technicians in the field this company has been A #1. Thanks Speedy Services for 13 years of great and awesome service!!!
Ernesto with Speedy is hands down one of the best service techs I've encountered in awhile. The quality of service he provided today was above excellence and I would definitely request Ernesto again. He was very knowledgeable at fixing an issue that another company couldn't fix. Thank you Speedy and Ernesto for being honest and reliable in your profession which is pretty hard to find these days.
Unfortunately, they never showed for an appointment that I set several days in advance. I had to take off work in order to meet their time window. Loss of money, time and still no resolution of my AC issue.
Professional, cleaned up after themselves, were patient with dementia grandmother, didn't do anything unnecessary, good customer support, respectful, ran everything by me first.
This company and it's employee William T. are the best. Very professional and did excellent work. I was VERY impressed. We have fought this problem for a long time and nobody could or would help. William T got it solved. Thank you

Had a new AC unit recently by Speedy Services in Cedar Hill, TX. Their staff was the very best, the install team were awesome. I'm very pleased with the service provided by Speedy Services!
We had a great experience with Speedy Services. Our air conditioning went out Wednesday night. We called the next morning and Speedy Services came to address the issue the same day. William took the time to look at the problem and discussed the issue throughly, and professionally with us. We had our air conditioning back on within a few hours.
The owner was very accommodating and explained services offered very well. Offered to send a picture of who would be coming so I would know its not a stranger at my door. Also called personally to let me know field tech was on the way. William showed up on time introduced himself professionally and cheerily. He was friendly polite and professional. He allowed me to ask questions and understand issues. He was neither condescending nor impatient like others might have been. He excelled at customer service and relationship building. He was here to fix an issue with our gas fireplace but I would gladly call again and request William for any AC work as well.

With the recent experience with Speedy Services (Air Conditioning & Heating) i highly recommend this company.
