Hakeem Martin was our technician and has been to our house twice. We couldn’t be happier with their service. Hakeem was wonderful, efficient, polite and punctual. Being that we have a service business of our own these are incredible attributes in an employee. We will definitely use Specialized Mechanical in the future!

The technician did virtually nothing . A very Poor and incomplete diagnosis that cost me $150. Would never use again !
Hakeem was an excellent technician and did a great job. He made us aware that we should consider replacing our thermostat. He was very cordial, easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. He explained technical issues in the vernacular and gave us reassurance that our unit is in good condition. I would highly recommend Hakeem and Specialty Mechanics.

My first experience dealing with a furnace repair. Joshua was great at explaining all of my options. I'm selling my condo so I wasn't looking to do a full furnace replacement and we were able to replace some components and get it working so it would pass the home inspection. He was unable to fix it completely on his diagnostic visit (he needed a part that was on another truck). But he was back out the next day and had the furnace up and running again. I liked that I got a text when he was on his way and it included a photo so I knew who to expect (nice added safety feature). I will definitely be using Specialized for any HVAC work I need to have done at my new home. Awesome job!!
