I felt frustrated when I called them to fix my furnace which was turning on and off (when the thermostat was not calling for heat). They came and replaced some wires and switches. After they left the furnace continued to do the issue. The wire cost over $100 plus $300 service call and labor. They told me they would come back and fix it for free or I could get another company to come fix it sooner. Which I did. But Then Rachel gave me the wire for free and charged me for $300. That's not what I understood our arrangement would be. I tried reaching out three times. Finally she just doubled down and said there was nothing they could do, so I just paid it.
I have used Specialized AC Mechanical in various properties in Austin within the past couple of weeks including office, single family and high rise building. Their service is exceptional and professional. We had an issue over the weekend with a clogged AC system with leaks and they were able to repair the system quickly on a Saturday. We cannot thank them enough.
During the winter storm, we had a pipe burst and I called Specialized AC Mechanical Services and they came out fast and were able to make the repair. They were knowledgeable and efficient and fixed the broken pipe quickly. At a time when we were all scrambling to find help, because there were so many problems with no electricity and busted pipes, they were a lifesaver!!!
Very professional, and knowledgeable! Sam took his time and walked our family through the new thermostat and made all safety checks for my family! I will recommend SAMS to my friends and Family!
