Mark was quick to come out and give an estimate and much more reasonable than other companies! They were able to get the job completed in a timely matter. All the technicians were respectful and professional. Rick was the main technician on the job and he did a great job! Super nice guy and was early to start! I really liked that I was notified before arriving and a picture of the technician was given. Thanks so much Souza team!
Mark is very professional and punctual. Knew exactly what was wrong, and had my AC working in no time flat. I would even recommend him to my grandparents if they were still around!
Unfortunately, the coil installed in our new home failed to last even five years but Mark and Rick got me up and running quickly but more importantly they didn't simply offer up the most costly solution first but tried to find other solutions that might work. Overall, high level of professionalism as well as being simply down to earth good guys. Highly recommend.

I had new AC/furnace system installed. I had lots of questions about choosing right one for my home. Mark is very knowledgeable , addressed all my concerns and answered all questions thoroughly and explained all the steps needed to remove and replace old unit. They showed up on time and were total professionals. He made the whole process very easy on my end. Definitely would recommend and will be using them again when needed.
A/C stopped working, called Souza's Air recommended from a family member and boy I'm glad I called them. Mark the owner was on time and in my house for 3 minutes and fixed the problem at NO CHARGE!
