I’ve dealt with a lot of HVAC companies. These guys are pros and handled the Santa Monica permitting process flawlessly. They had the attention to detail I needed for my new shop that I designed and built out. Great price and great service!
Got lucky to find these guys, extremely prompt and professional, diagnosed the issue and even came in on a holiday to get the job done first thing in the morning. Will definitely be using again!
Southwest Heating is who I call for HVAC maintenance and repairs. They are knowledgeable and are alway on time, professional, and have fair prices.
Bobby was awesome to support. I called to have my AC fixed and they came out first thing Monday morning. Stephane was also pleasant when scheduling the appointment. Bobby called ahead of time to let me know he was on his way, diagnosed the issue within 30 minutes, and requested approval for the suggested repair before proceeding. Very professional experience and they successfully fixed our air conditioner. Great business to work with. I would use them again.
Bobby from Southwest was very professional and knowledgeable. I had reached out to see if a leak from my AC return was due to clogged drain line. He came on time and inspected the entire unit, offered suggestions on how to improve the longevity of the AC unit, and cleaned the AC coils. He was patient and thorough in answering all of my questions. Overall good experience working with Southwest.
