Southwest heating ac is a dishonest company to let into your home and the owner Stephanne will lie to you, beware their yelp is full of misinformation they will try to lie and cheat you every chance they get. They sent out a guy that didn't even know what he was doing came out to do the project, for a $40 part they wanted to charge me $700 to install it, when I told them I wasn't paying that they left without doing any work and my unit apart and they still tried to force us to pay them. I would never contact this company again. Called another company for a second opinion who diagnosed and fixed my unit for less than half Stephane tried to cheat out of us and I even had to pay to fix the damages that Southwest caused leaving my unit torn apart. Beware their reviews are full of misinformation they go after and flag legitimate reviews of people that leave honest reviews.
