I’ve now used them for both A/C issues and most recently heating issues and they’ve been great to work with, responsive, and very professional. Will continue to use them and highly recommend.
Our AC stopped working and I called Southwest Comfort. I talked to a maintenance tech and told him our situation. He said his on-call guy was booked, but he himself would make the call to our house. He was here within 30 minutes and had it fixed in no time. Super nice guy and so professional. I am due with my second child in 2 days and we were in a panic. I would recommend Southwest Comfort over and over again. Thank you for the amazing service!
We called them this morning as the AC in my son's house went out last night and it was an uncomfortable 79 degrees in the house and it was 11pm. My daughter in law is 48 hours away from giving birth and we had a toddler also. The technician prioritized our call, came over within 30 minutes and he fixed it right away. Super nice guy, didn't get his name, but he might have been the owner. I would highly recommend them. We all had to get motel rooms last night and that was very difficult as most were full. Thank you so much Southwest Comfort!! You helped more than you know. Anyone who reads this and needs help, call this company!! You won't regret it!

Heater went out in the middle of the night called first thing they came out with in an hour repaired the heater and had it running on one of the coldest days of the year, very good quality of work
So thankful I chose to use Southwest Comfort Inc to repair our furnace. They showed up fast and had everything done within an hour!

I purchased my home and had tommy come inspect my furnace which the home inspector insisted that the furnace needed immediate attention, tommy said it was all minor and no issues, but blt plumbing, heating, and air here in Fremont after I got a second opinion within 30 seconds condemns the furnace after looking at it and also noted the black ash all over my floor meant I needed a new chimney liner.. if tommy was well versed in hvac why did I have to cough up money from my own pocket to replace my furnace and chimney liner that he claimed there was nothing wrong..
Nick, Mack, Tommy and have come to my home during non business hours to help with my heater. Every one of them were courteous, professional and friendly and answered any questions i had. They did their best and the end result was to replace my heater. Shane and Nick were on time, Nick even swept up the floor before installation and it was done in one day. I can't thank you enough. i definitely recommend Southwest Comfort Inc.
Outstanding Work and Price. My Furnace and Air Conditioner and Water Heater had to be replaced, and Southwest Comfort was a great choice. Tommy Smith made the rebate process easy by having all 3 forms ready, so I could email them in. Registration was a breeze and only took 15 minutes. This increases the warranty to 10 years. I will always choose Southwest Comfort for HVAC. Thank You
Tommy's guys have been great at helping prolong the life of our old furnace. When we have any issues, they're able to diagnose and repair quickly at a reasonable cost. The techs at Southwest Comfort do excellent work. Highly recommend.
Quick response and fixed my issue
Do not do business with this company. They send installer's who have no idea what they are doing and can't fix the issue. They break things then charge you to replace it. Had this company out 3 different times to work on my AC. Two different installer's and neither could diagnosed a faulty compressor. They never checked any lines in the house, never looked at furnace, thermostat, filters anything. After their 3rd visit and still not getting any cold air I called another company. Took a legit company 15 minutes to let me know what was actually wrong. Then they still send bills and state they will put a lien on your house if you don't pay for their faulty work. Avoid at all costs!
Tommy made it easy to select Southwest Comfort for my new furnace. He explained everything and had his crew out right away to install it. I highly recommend Southwest Comfort!!
I've used Southwest Comfort on several occasions and am very pleased with the level of service I've received. Our geothermal unit went out on our house and they were able to get me a new unit within the same day. The install crew was very polite and courteous. They think ahead and wear booties in the house to keep from tracking in and also cleaned behind themselves once the job was done. VERY PLEASED! I will continue to use Southwest Comfort for future service.
*highly recommend*! We bought current house in July, tried calling the company who originally installed the HVAC and they were beyond rude. Tommy took care of us promptly and corrected the problem immediately. Southwest Comfort will forever have our business and our recommendation!
I have used them at the my house and my business for years. Tommy and his staff have always gone above and beyond!! My mom uses them and so does my cousin.
Prompt, affordable, knowledable, trustworthy and treats you like family. What more can you ask for!? A/C went out 10:30pm and Tommy was there 8:30am the next morning. Without a doubt, Southwest Comfort is the best HVAC company in Omaha!
Can't say enough great things - they went above & beyond in replacing my heat pump & gas furnace systems a few years back - & even today they still treated me like I was the most important customer - I got a super fast response to getting to the bottom of a pesky noise that was starting up in my silent, recording studio. They know how to get the job done right, for sure. I'd recommend them without hesitation - FULL SPEED AHEAD.
Southwest Comfort is awesome! I decided to gut my bathroom on a Sunday in anticipation of a couple days I took off work later in the week to put the bathroom back together. Once I gutted it I realized the ac/heat vent was in the wrong place for the new vanity. I had a deadline and Tommy responded to my situation. He was out the following day to give an estimate and back the next to do the install. Very reasonable, quick and the scheduling program they use tells you when they are on the way, when they arrive and when they have left in real time. *I also have to mention, I put in new carpets a few weeks ago and I was so pleased to learn that their employee had removed his shoes before entering my house. Very respectful!
