Southwest Air Conditioning and Heating was at our house within an hour of calling because of water leaking through our ceiling. They quickly, and with good detail, remedied the problem. They also didn’t over charge us. Would recommend.
These guys came out same day even though they were busy. Were very knowledgeable and told me all I needed to know. It’s not a one day fix but at least there is a plan!!
Installed a new unit in my house in the hottest day, and the next day something wasn’t working right wasn’t cooling the house down and the blower was still running they sent someone out very and installed a part he believed to be faulty, the next day it was back to doing the same thing, called Ryder in the office and he went to work getting me a technician out to look at it again. The technician was out in the afternoon. He found the issue and fixed it. So we will know by tomorrow if it’s been fixed. Very polite employees they have working at Southwest Heating and Air Conditioning

Technician Ayden performed the maintenance check in a courteous and professional way. Later that evening had a problem with condensation in one of the units and responded and responded quickly and answered all questions we were concerned about.

Ryan & Aiden (forgive me if my spelling is incorrect) were both very efficient, knowledgeable & very helpful with all of my questions. They focused on task at hand. They were very friendly, as well. The technician was very courteous and knowledgeable
I had a Knowledgeable technician and committed apprentice show up to service my geo thermal residential heater. They worked well together and were not in a hurry to service my unit. I’m a service professional myself in the plumbing industry for 20 years. I don’t give compliments typically. Kudos to the two that serviced my heater.
My neighbor had problems with her heater and called southwest, who had installed the unit 5 years earlier.they came out and checked the unit and said the heat sensors were out and replaced them. She then called me a week later on the weekend to look at it ( my son is a certified a/c tech ) and told me to check the pressure switch which I did and found it to be faulty ( yes I am a certified electronics technician) told her to have southwest replace the switch. She told them what I had discovered and the proceeded to tell that her neighbor didn't know what he was talking about. The third time that came out and was unsuccessful in repairing unit, I the dumb neighbor went and bought a switch and replaced it and it has not had a problem since. Personally I think that they take advantage of elderly women that they can milk for their money. The trusty dumb neighbor
We replaced two AC's and Air Handlers with new American Standard Heat Pumps, Air Handlers and zone automation. We couldn't be happier with the equipment, and everyone involved with our installation. Professional and polite throughout the install. I couldn't be happier, and would counsel anyone to consider Southwest when planning work on their HVAC. Evan was amazing from start to finish.
This place is a joke. My mother has had them come out 4 times to fix her heater and it is still not fixed. Then the technician calls her, and lays into her. Tells her to just shut up and listen to him. They are un professional, and take advantage of elderly women.
They were on time, friendly, professional, and a great overall experience.
