Richard and his apprentice recommended and installed a water heater in about 3 hours and removed the old one. Very professional, both of them. On top of doing a very clean and professional job they were both very respectful Human Beings. Thank you Richard and young Padawan apprentice.
Richard and his staff are friendly and KNOWLEDGEABLE. They have serviced my parent's rental properties for years and have been responsive on short notice. You can't go wrong with these guys.
Please DO NOT USE THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY! I had them visit a rental of mine to diagnose an a/c issue. They sent Richard De Lara and he told me that in diagnosing the a/c unit that TXV valve was found to be bad and needed to be replaced. I was then told that because the work was labor intensive it would cost me $950.00 to replace. I asked for Richard to please write me a quote and he refused. He stated, "I did not write quotes," and continued to show poor customer service and was extremely negative towards myself and my tenants. They charged me $70 for the visit which is understandable. I reported Richard's poor customer service to the company and was called by another technician for explanation. I requested a paper quote and was told by the second technician that I would be sent one via email that same day(Friday.) Come Monday I had not received the quote so I reached out to the second technician requesting it and had no luck reaching them. I had another company visit my house for a second opinion. I informed them that Southwest had told me the TXV valve was faulty and requested they double check it. Turns out the valve is good and the unit simply needed Freon charging. I called Southwest and informed them and requested a refund for the bad diagnosis. They refused to refund me and sarcastically told me to call them back in time to let them know how the unit is working. I have never written a review like this for ANY company or service but felt this could not be let go. Companies like this take advantage of what they know and what others don't.
Richard was the gentleman who came out and took care of what needed to be done for my unit. Very knowledgeable, very friendly, answered all my questions, and helped me to understand why the work was needed. Very fast and price was reasonable.

Identified the issue quickly and fixed for a very reasonable price. Friendly and professional service. Highly recommend and will use again next time something happens! GREAT SERVICE! I had this company come to my residence to have yearly maintenance on my refrigerated air unit. I was told that they had to clean the coils in my heater and it would cost me $600-$800. I didn't have the maintenance done. I called another company they came out found it was a leak on the roof unit,fixed it and charged me $75. I do not recommend this company. I was charged for the service call even though nothing was done.

Delaco is great! A friend recommended them when I mentioned I had an issue with my refrigeration not cooling properly. I called and the guys came to check it out the same day, they quickly found out what the issue was and fixed it right away at a very good price too! They were very polite and very professional, definitely would contact them if needed.
