Outstanding work by Southside Energy! Top to bottom, wonderful experience dealing with true professionals. These subject matter experts truly care about taking care of their customers. Brian was able to get my house squared away in no time. Rocky and the crew were incredible! I highly recommend them to anyone that needs work done RIGHT!
FYI, I'm a retired architect and have been around construction for over 50 years. Southside Energy replaced our old heat pump equipment and added a few additional branch ducts and diffusers. The crew did it all in one day. They were professional, courteous, kept me abreast of their progress and asked for my input about new diffuser locations. Replacing an existing unit in an attic with a low slope hip roof isn't any joy. But I never heard one complaint and nothing but great coordination within the crew. I'm very satisfied with their work and would highly recommend them.

Rob, Rocky and Steven were terrific! Quoted, installed, and tested a new gas line to my cooktop quickly and professionally -all at a very reasonable cost. Communicated very well, showed up on time and coordinated tight scheduling with the City Inspector to expedite the process. Definitely will use their services again!
We had them come out for our annual maintenance. They cleaned our unit, checked to be sure both the AC and Heat were working properly and even checked the duct work under the house. Rocky and partner were kind, friendly and professional. This is a great company and will recommend them anytime the opportunity arises!!!!!!!!!!!!

This company is ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL!!!!! I have been struggling with AC companies since MARCH! Rocky came out and did a thorough assessment of my units, and did not leave until he found the problem. Replaced the part and my AC hasn’t worked this good ALL summer! He was on time, professional, knowledgeable and even took the time to walk me through the issues and his findings and broke it down in a way a non HVAC consumer could comprehend! I will defiantly use them in the future and will recommend to anyone who needs assistance!!!
Excellent job done by Southside Energy. Here every time they said they would be, got the job done and done well, cleaned up and left. Any time you call they are there promptly. Very professional and nice from the owner to the employees, you need any work done this is the company to call.
