Rep that came out was very friendly. Unfortunately the quote was extremely high and after having several estimates was only going to install a 18w generator which a larger unit was needed (at least a 20w was needed). Also quoted to have a new electrical panel installed which was not necessary. In his defense, I was given 4 options but still $7k more than other 2 companies quotes. He was on time, courteous and easy to talk to.
I am thankful for the good job the technician did he explained everything and encourage me to use One of your drain cleaners I am satisfied with the job

Gabe, one of your technicians, promptly took our call on a Sunday of all days and pleasantly and professionally did a fantastic job repairing our very old air condition/heat pump unit! I am blown away by the professionalism by this company. The whole experience from the initial setup to the follow-up call afterwards was great! Travis Jarrell was great the whole time, explaining everything and had the sewer line clear in 5 minutes. Will use this company for future needs.

I got a few quotes from other agencies on replacing my hvac. I went with Southern trust because they offered me a high end competitive product at a much lower cost than other places. I also received discounts for being a member. Install went smooth with everyone being exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable.

Put in a service request appt utilizing their online portal for service on Monday called to confirm appt on Monday morning and was informed they could not come until Tuesday. They offered to come out as an emergency and charge a hefty up fee. Company does not honor scheduled appts and practices “bait and switch” schemes. Will NEVER use this company for anything. Edit- The obstacle I was having was you not honoring an appt that was made then having your secretary tell me that you can come to my house but I would have to pay an emergency fee. You called well after I contacted another company to come and do the job so, there was no reason to contact you.

They were a Mess took a one hour job and came to my home for 2 days 8 hrs each day total and still didn’t finish wants me to hire some one to do the sheet rock b 4 they come I am going to my bank show them photos and get my money back and let me have bad credit b cause they will get me my money back my bank will get it back never again I will use southern trust over priced and poor work
Great honest company our technician was Gabe and he did an amazing job of explaining what was going on with our system along with preventative options to keep us ahead of possible costly repairs in the future. I will recommend Southern Trust to anyone I know in need.

I was very pleased with the entire experience, right from the first technician consult, to Craig, with pricing, etc. to the wonderful technicians, Tyler, and Adam that came to install the heat pump unit, they were very friendly, efficient, and worked well together. They answered any questions I had, they were very thorough. I am so very pleased with the service I have received, and will definitely recommend Southern Trust to friends and family.
I have used this company for various repairs and installations (water heater, furnace, plumbing, electrical, etc.) and have always had great service. I appreciate getting a text with a picture of the service professional so that I am aware of who the person is coming to my home and their name. They are professional, courteous and always on time. The work is of great quality.
