Matt and his service is great. He has been our go to for the last 5-6 year. He just replaced two units for us and did a great job as always. He explains the process and will answer any questions along the way. We have and will always use Southern Elite HVAC. Thanks for the great job!!
Matt was extremely rude! He charged us 5 times what the unit was worth! DO NOT USE SOUTHERN ELITE HVAC! They had terrible service and they are complete liars!!!!!!

Called Southern Elite for routine service and maintenance check on my HVAC after they were recommended by a friend. Easy to schedule. He inspected and cleaned my system -plus fixed a minor electrical problem. Took the time to explain to me ways to keep the system running well. Very reasonable rates. Definitely would use again and would recommend this company

Our HVAC stopped working suddenly. I had another company come in to our home and check on the unit. They gave us an incorrect diagnosis and wanted us to replace the unit. I called Southern Elite HVAC for a second opinion and we are so please with the service. Matt, the owner, came after business hours and repaired our HVAC unit. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. He definitely gained our trust and business! Would definitely recommend his services.
Southern Elite was awesome! I priced a few companies and S.E. beat them buy a mile. The best part is the service, they were quick, reliable, and knowledgeable. They don't try and sale you on things you don't need. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for HVAC services.

Matt came to our home to assess the problems we were having with our ductless heating/air wall unit. He was very prompt in responding to our call to determine what was going on with our unit. Our unit was found to have many more problems than we had thought since this unit was only 1/12 years old. However, Matt showed us the pathetic job that the original installers had done on this unit, which caused many of the obvious problems. This unit was an off brand and apparently one not built to last very long. Matt gave us the option to have the unit repaired or be replaced with a much better unit. We chose to replace the unit rather than to probably continue to have problems with the old unit. Matt quoted a very reasonable amount to replace this unit and redo the work on the drain and copper tubing that was originally done very poorly. Matt and his Dad returned the next day and did a fantastic job installing the new unit and the other necessary work. They took great care not to get dirt or anything else on our carpet (which we really appreciated). They also cleaned up behind themselves before leaving. I know this is a very long review, but we just cannot say enough good things about Matt and his Dad. They are very professional and kind. If you need HVAC work done, you will be very pleased with Matt’s services. He is very honest and top notch. We will always rely on him for our HVAC needs.

Upon on arriving back from vacation we quickly realized that our AC unit was not working. We called Matt and he was very professional and was able to get to the house quickly and assess what was going on. He was able to get the part and come back and install working a few hours so we were able to get our home cooled. I strongly recommend Matt and Southern Elite HVAC.
