Performed recall work on my furnace. Professional, courteous, fast and efficient. Will definitely call for future work.
Had a furnace issue on a Saturday, Javon responded right away. He stopped and grabbed a part suspecting the issue. Turned out to be something else, caught the supplier before closing and made another trip. Had me up and going in no time. Fair pricing (Godwin wanted $150 + $250hr + parts for a Saturday morning call) and informative. Highly recommended!
JaVon came out on a recall, he was the third person dispatched for it. He was the most personable and knowledgeable compared to any of the others!
Seriously impressed with his professionalism and quality of work. We've been using a different company for our buildings for a while but they are impossible to get ahold of and can be flaky. Javon was willing to come out on Christmas Eve during the blizzard to make sure its working (we ended up closing). Great service
I had Javon quote work for my home after I had done performance testing at a couple of his jobs. His results were excellent and I saw his hard work and great attitude. I wanted to upgrade my AC to a heat pump and upgrade the furnace efficiency. He didn't try to sell me anything I didn't want or need and his price and warranty beat the big company with advertising by a lot. Javon and Byron were a joy to have in the house doing the work. I will enthusiastically recommend him to friends.
Javon did the recall work on my Furnace/AC unit. He was on time, professional and did a great job. Wil definitely call him if I have a problem with my heating or AC.

Javon's staff replaced a recall part on my furnace. Not long afterwards I came home to a cold house. I checked everything I could think of and couldn't figure out why, so I called the number on the card his staff had left me. They answered the phone at 7:30 at night, and Javon came to my house himself after his last call that night, about 8:30. He discovered that my furnace wasn't working because my filter was dirty and the sensors had cut off the heat to avoid damaging the unit. He could not have been more kind or gracious about the late call for such a reason and explained what had happened with the patience of a saint. I will definitely call him for future service needs. I promise to check my filter first.

Professional, great customer service and knowledgeable. Both The owner JaVon and the technician Byron were easy to work with as they came in to assist with some Goodman recall work. JaVon was responsive and promptly returned my call and gave us an update on their schedule. Byron answered all questions and made sure all the work was taken care of and left the place the way it was found. I highly recommend them and I know who I’ll use as my go to heating and cooling company.
He did some recall work for us through Goodman and I am really happy he did because now I know who I am going to call in the future! Very nice and communicated professionally. Thank you!

We had to replace our furnace and AC unit end of last year and one of our neighbor recommended Southern Comfort Heating & Cooling. Javon, the owner, did an excellent and fast job from the quote process, to the cleaning after completion of the installation. It was a pleasure to work with him as he was very professional and answered all our questions. The furnace and AC unit are from the Goodman brand, used by many places and the overall cost was very reasonable. It is our turn to highly recommend Southern Comfort Heating & Cooling.
Why there isn’t a 10 stars option because he is that good had a problem and he just dove right on in. Gave me very detailed information on what the furnace was doing and how to prevent it from happening again. Very passionate about his work please don’t be afraid to give him a call. I want to thank JaVon for getting me a furnace and putting it in on the same day...I was having trouble with my furnace and i had Consumers energy come look at it and they said it was bad and they shut my furnace down....I tried to get heating companies to come and Southern Comfort heating and cooling was the only one that called me back...Thank you JaVon getting this done when i really needed it...They did a great job and it looks great...I will be telling a lot of people about Southern Comfort Heating and Cooling...Again thank you so very much...James (Kim) Choals
We tried to fix the furnace problem ourselves, and ended up spending two of the coldest nights of the year with no heat! I called Southern Comfort Thursday morning, the team was at the house within a half hour. They made an assessment went to pick up the parts, returned and all is well. They work as a team, are very competent, discussed the situation and what the problem was so you know the steps they took to make the repair. The price was fantastic too. Jovan is amazing. Very knowledgeable at what he does. Clear and easy communication. Fair pricing. Hard working. He fixed our AC and ran a gas line to our kitchen. He had to stay a few hrs extra than his quoted time one day, but didn’t ask or want to take extra money for that. Highly recommended.
