We have a very large unfinished basement. Needed some way to control the humidity. Brian suggested the Aprilaire model 1850 dehumidifier. It has a little bit of sticker shock, but in this case, you definitely get what you pay for. One truly awesome dehumidifier. This thing is amazing. We have been keeping the basement at 49% humidity and it feels great. The system has been running without a flaw. I can't thank Brian enough for this recommendation and his excellent work in installing it, along with his inspection of our HVAC systems. Highly recommend

Brian replaced our HVAC system after coming highly recommended by several neighbors. He was very professional and his rates were competitive. The job was done in a timely manner and he has automatic service reminders that are super helpful. I’ll be using his company again for upcoming renovations.
Brian did a fantastic job installing an HVAC unit upstairs in an old house which wasn’t an easy task. He was professional, punctual, had competitive rates, and is very pleasant to work with. He answered all my questions as we discussed options for how to modernize a house that’s approaching 100 years old. I’d highly recommend Southern Breeze and will be using them again in the future.
