Sam was great to work with! He came out to us when our AC wasn’t working and it was over 100 degrees. We had called a few other places but they were booked up. Pricing is reasonable and he explains what he does as well as takes pictures to help with future things/ or repairs. Highly recommend working with this company.
I’ve used Southern Air Solutions a few times. They have always been very professional and knowledgeable. The cost has always been very reasonable. I will continue to use these guys for all of my A/C maintenance and repairs.
Our AC had stopped working a couple of weeks ago and family and friends were unable to help despite their years of knowledge. Time to call the professionals. We called Southern Air Solutions that evening hoping they would be available the next day since it was raining. Much to my surprise they responded within the hour. With professionalism and courtesy, they fixed our AC problem. They understood the importance of having a working AC in the Texas heat. Professional, straightforward, and honest. Called Sam out to diagnose our system, was informative through the process and very knowledgeable. Super fast, courteous in the home, and upstanding character. He got our AC fixed up and blowing cold within an hour. Would recommend to anyone looking for a reliable company. Extremely grateful for Sams help and good character🙏🏻 Update: Furthermore a little while later we had to call Sam back out to repair our system, he was here as soon as possible and the repair took no time. Sam was awesome! Friendly and informative, and he was at our home within an hour of me calling Southern. Wow! AC is up and running! Price was fair too. I'm really glad to find a company that does things right.

Sam was awesome! Responsive? Yes! It was summer, it was hot, our ac quit, I called , he provided same day service, same day temp units, honest opinion, replaced my ac, and we had cool air again. I will be a customer here for life, above and beyond should be their motto. Seriously the best ac company I have ever dealt with.

Sam did everything that I was hoping for and needing. I had high expectations. Southern Air Solutions is now in my contacts, because this is Texas, and a working ac is a must.
Had to call air conditioning company on Sunday because ac stopped working.Called them and they were there within a hour. Ckecked ac and found ac needed replaced.Sam came out the same day and set us up with financial help so we could get us a new ac.He helped us install a window unit as temp ac.They came on Tuesday and installed new Ac , Inside unit and thermostat it only took them 5 hours .Sam also figured out a electric issue we were having at no charge.I was very impressed with how professional they were.They treated us like family.Helped remove window unit.I have been needing a good ac company I can trust for a long time.I will use them from now on.I highly recommend them.Great Job Sam
Sam really helped us out! Our ac died on a Sunday, they came out within an hour to check it, but it was dead. Though we’re were not able to get the new unit installed same day (it was a Sunday y’all, all the supply places were closed), they helped us put a window unit in our living room, it was ours but they did offer to have one of theirs if we didn’t have one. They were able to install on Tuesday. They came at 1pm and finished at 6:30. And he took out the window unit and carried it back to our HE-shed for us before they left. We expected a much higher estimate but they were much lower than expected. Sam setup the financing on Sunday thru Wells Fargo so we got that taken care of first and out of the way. Easy, fast, professional & personable.

I had an absolute great experience with this company. I could not find a last minute company to send a technician out to fix our A/C until i called souther air solutions. They answered my call and arrived at my house within an hour which was the stated estimate. They do not over charge and are extremely knowledgable. Could not have had better service and highly recommend to anyone needing service.
We needed an emergency call because of water leaking from ceiling. This was the best response and outcome ever. We have used a couple of other local companies in the past that were terrible. This guy is the best.
After working all day on a job site, Sam came out and fixed our a/c problems. He is phenomenal!! He managed to take care of the system which had been improperly installed and got is working correctly. I can give enough stars for the work he did. He will definitely be our go to a/c man from now on.

I am not a review writer, but in this case I feel like I would not be doing my due diligence if I did not spread the word about this phenomenal company. We will NEVER use another company when it comes to anything AC related! Sam is hands down the BEST!!! We had an emergency job at 9:30 P.M. on a Saturday night, we called, he answered and within an hour he was at our door. He stayed until our AC was blowing cold which was about 1:45 A.M. With Sunday being Father's Day and having a family of his own, he selflessly took care of us and our kiddos! The price was beyond reasonable, and we are beyond grateful! Use Southern Air Solutions and I promise you will not be disappointed! This company clearly takes pride in their work and it is 100% about customer satisfaction!
