Scott does a great job
Fairly easy scheduling, efficient, and handled bathroom plumbing leak… fair price( but be aware that plumbing repairs aren’t cheap)! Great with keeping you updated about any schedule changes)

We had Scott and John do plumbing and electrical work for our bathroom remodel and we could not be more pleased with everything they did! They were both very polite, efficient and knowledgeable. We highly recommend them, and will definitely be using them again.

Replaced an outlet fried by a space heater and advised me how to avoid the same problem in the future. Scott and John were very nice and professional. It didn’t take them long at all and it was reasonably priced. Will definitely call them again when needed!

Southern Air is a top notch service with best in class customer service. I had another company come out and after 4 hours of frustration with an inexperienced tech I called Southern Air. They had a tech out right when they said they would, he was knowledgeable and has my unit running in 10 minutes. They have my business for life. Thank you Scott and John!
Couldn't be happier with Scott and his crew. Been using them for years for HVAC service and recently found out they also do plumbing. Now they are my go-to plumber and HVAC. Extremely reliable, quick to respond and if it's a repair they get it right the first time. Highly recommended!!

Very happy. Other places felt like they were trying to drive installations, but SAE was willing work with us on multiple solutions. In the end, we were able to do a cost-benefit decision and went with a new system. It was nice to have discussions about what could be done, present costs, and future costs whereas most companies provided little discussion. I also signed up to do their semi-annual maintenance for heating and cooling. Hard to beat company.
Scott and John are great. Our house is 15 years old, and a lot of items are starting to break/need repair. I've had Southern Air and Electric out to fix a few different things, and they are ALWAYS fast and efficient. I had a small AC repair on our upstairs unit last Spring, and it's holding up just fine. Our downstairs unit bit the dust around October last year, and they replaced it with a high quality Trane unit quickly and did a great job. This week it was our 15 year old water heater that needed repair. It was installed the day after I called, and everything is working great! The install was clean and professional. Scott and John are also just great dudes, and it's always a hoot to talk with them! I will continue to call Southern Air and Electric for all of my HVAC/plumbing/electrical issues.
It's scary to be without heat in 15 degree weather and poor travel conditions. I have been working with a big repair operation for years but they couldn't find the time to help me. I started calling around in a panic to local businesses and I feel so blessed that Scott answered the phone for Southern Air & Electric that day. He was understanding and extremely knowledgeable about my problem. The unpleasantness that comes with being without heat in extremely cold weather was washed away and replaced with appreciation for the service I received from Scott with SAE. I will recommend them to anyone that asks in the future and will use this company as long as I live in the area.
