My freezer stopped working called SES , was worried I would lose my product the company was out & had it up and running no time was back in business no product lose . Thx south east service will definitely be use them again

Great service! I called Mark mid afternoon and he was at my house that evening. It was about 95° outside when we realized our A/C hadn't been working all day. By the time we got done with a late supper it was already getting comfortable in the house again. We haven't had a problem since. Very reasonably priced also.
We have been dealing with Southeast for many years. A highly reputable company. Having said that I'd like to especially point out the excellent service provided by one of their techs, Mark. Our sister inlaw lives nearby and while she was away the heat pump failed. We called SouthEast. Mark showed up within hours and corrected the situation while also checking out the entire system and advising us as to preventive maintenance we can perform.. During his visit he was very personable and very professional. Shortly after we had a problem with our heat pump. Called Mark. All was well within an hour. Excellent workmanship at a reasonable price. What more could one ask? Thank you Mark, thank you SouthEast.
