Brian was great! Was on time and very knowledgeable and helpful. I definitely thought I would be spending more that we did and our AC is as good as ever.

This company cares. Each and every one of their associates are kind and courteous, prompt and give all to try to help in anyway they can. They do not over charge, but are reasonably priced and again their kind courtesy and friendliness is a rarity nowadays. I am a mother and grandmother and they treated me as family. From the first call I made and the friendly voice that answered to help me….You will not go wrong with this company. Thank you guys! You are the best.
It’s a Saturday night at 5 pm when we first placed our call. We were greeted so sweetly and placed in the line up of emergencies. Our service technician Brian was earlier than expected and called to let us know his ETS. He arrived maybe 2 hours probably less after are initial distressing call. He was genuine, informative, and did not disappoint. He fixed our problem and discussed solutions effectively and efficiently. We will definitely be staying with this company. Thank y’all so much.
My experience today with Phillip was outstanding. He took care of our issue with the upmost professionalism. Brian was also responsive and made a point to address our concerns. Will definitely do business with them again.
FANTASTIC company that responded same day (Sunday no less). I was sure we needed a new system (17+ years), but Phillip had us up and running within the hour! We were so impressed, we decided to use them for our annual maintenance as well. UPDATE: Had a regular maintenance scheduled next week, but the same unit went out yesterday. Phillip moved me up the list to get us up and running. Great service, very professional, I couldn’t recommend more!!
These guys are absolutely amazing! Our unit we purchased seemed to be defective so they swapped everything out and continued on, would not stop until the job was done and our family was safe from this Georgia heat. Even made sure we stayed cool throughout the process of getting it done. I speak very highly of Phillip, Nick, Brian, and Mo. Very understanding and professional guys. Would recommend to anyone!
We had Brian Malone come out to service our ac unit and he was scheduled to come at 5, he called ahead and offered to show up at 2:30 which was amazing because our house had gotten to 85 degrees consistently all day. He was very punctual, arriving at 2:28. He knew what he was talking about and was very kind and willing to explain the process and breakdown of what needed to be repaired. To change out the starter on the outside ac and clean out the coils on the inside ac unit it took him only about 45 minutes. He was very efficient and an absolute pleasure to have service our ac unit. 10/10 will be recommending this company to everyone we know.
Had an amazing experience with this company. Had issues with our HVAC system and they responded very quickly and sent the tech Phillip Suggs the very next day he was very respectful super professional and fixed out problems with incredible speed. I highly recommend this company!
AC went out Sunday, they were here Monday morning working on it. Amazing customer service and very knowledgeable. I will be calling Southeast Heating and Cooling for ALL of our HVAC needs. Brian was awesome!!

I first got to speak with Alex around 10:30 am Saturday morning that's when my unit decided to stop running. Alex was so nice and helpful as well as understanding. I could almost feel her smiling on the phone. She was that great. She asked me if 2:00 pm would be good and I said fantastic and thank you very much. Nick reached out to me during the course of the day to let me know that he was getting closer to my home. Then he finally called to let me know he was just a short distance away and was coming to do the repairs. This was not initially an easy fix there are lots of variables that had to be looked at and Nick handled everything very professionally and made sure my system was up and running before he left. The pricing was fair I didn't feel that I was being gouged and I even signed up for their year maintenance program. I'd like to thank Alex and Nick for a great experience and I will continue to use Southeast heating and Air. You are awesome 😎

Great work! Best experience I’ve had with an HVAC company. My AC stopped working the night before an extremely hot day. I requested service the next morning, they replied back within minutes, and had a tech onsite within a couple of hours. The tech was at my house 15 minutes before the expected arrival time. Nick was very polite and answered every question and concern I had, he was also very knowledgeable. Nick and the guy in the office (I’m sorry I don’t remember his name!) genuinely cared about what was going on with my unit. It’s very hard to find an HVAC company that genuinely cares and I’m so glad I was able to find you guys! Thanks so much and you’ll be my go-to source for my hvac unit!!

Wow! Extraordinary services from start to finish. I’m not easily impressed, but Phillip and Nick went above and beyond to make sure me and my toddlers did not melt in this GA heat. They provided options, quality service followed by education on maintenance. Good to know companies like this still exist.
