Mick responded to my phone call right away, came to the appointment on time, and had a pleasant personality with great communication skills. He assessed out problem and gave us our options to resolve the problem. He came prepared and began fixing our center air as soon as we gave the go ahead. Mick fixed the ac, gave us a fair price, and we would absolutely call him again for any future heating/air conditioning needs.

I needed my furnace serviced for winter and my humidifier was leaking, after contacting Mick at South Shore he came out in the same day and fixed the leaking and serviced the furnace to make sure it was all ready for cold weather! I am a last minute person and don't always plan ahead for things but he was on top of it! Thank you South Shore for your quick and honest service. I think it is always better to go with a local family owned business!
Incredible service we called on New Year’s Eve and Mick came right over with a smile and installed a brand new unit and saved the day if you need quality heating and air conditioning service this the company and let’s not forget incredible prices

I reached out to four local HVAC companies. South Shore had the equipment we wanted and a fair price. Mick and his son did a great job removing the old AC and Furnace and installing the new HVAC equipment they sold us, 3.5 ton ac/ coil and 120,000 BTU. They reused a powered humidifier and installed a new thermostat. Kept us informed from the order process to the installation. Professional on time clean job from the get go. If you need to replace 25 year old HVAC give Mick a call at South Shore you will happy you did. Frank
