I got four quotes, all from reputable local companies but after meeting with Mike it was an easy decision to choose South Austin Heat and Air. He took his time to assess our needs and our home to calculate the right size unit based on our efficiency, and even added an additional air return to ensure our new system was at peak performance. He is just an all around knowledgeable and good person. He let us use his portable AC to start cooling our living room before we hired him, he barely knew us but it demonstrates his willingness to help and go the extra mile. All the other guys seemed very salesy, but Mike came in and dropped all kinds of knowledge and experience on us to get us exactly what he needed. I highly recommend!
