I never received a call back from Tim. The lady I talked to was extremely nice though.

Owner Tim Aldridge is a very honest person. Every time I have called him, he's been there when he told me he would be. He does great work at very reasonable rates. I would recommend him to anyone needing HVAC work.
I have been using Tim now for almost 3 years and I can say without a doubt you won't get a more knowledgeable and respectful service technician than him. Every time I have called him he has been able to fix anything that I have thrown at him. He is very timely and very responsive and reasonable in his pricing. If your in the market for service work or looking to do a new installation give him a call you will not be disappointed.
