David with Sophisticated AC cooling is amazing. He went above and beyond to make sure a job that one his employees did was done perfectly that he even stopped by at 9pm to make sure the work was done properly. I can’t thank him enough for his superb work ethic! Sophisticated cooling has great value and quality work, they respond right away . I am definitely a customer for life!
They came out really quick. Fixed the problem in no time. Very nice and friendly. Will call anytime I have an issue.
Company is great. David the boss I believe is very communicative and willing. They could’ve took advantage of us but they didn’t . Came and gave us honest prices and did a great job on our unit. Kareem was also very kind and went above and beyond.
David is the Best! I am renting a house and the AC stopped working. The landlord has a service contract with ECM…. They tell me that they have to order a part. Might take “a day or two.” After 2 days of 85 degrees in my house, I found David’s company (as I was completely willing to pay for the part out of my own pocket at that point- if reasonable.) David tells me that the problem was an expensive one to fix… but that he could temporarily rig it to work for me- all though he was not sure how long it would last…and so for his standard on-site appraisal fee- he rigged it. A WEEK and a HALF later- The service company- (who I had to stay on top of) finally tells me that they have the part. I let David know- he came back, and removed his temp fix willingly free of charge. ( of course I tipped him… worth every penny.) This guy saved us from 10 days of 85 degree heat. Mind you- he didn’t have too! So, I 100% recommend David- he is honest and sincere. One of those people that you want to deal with when you have too!
I just paid someone $100 to correct what I paid you $325 for. I wouldn't let you get near my home again and I don't care what your friends say about your deplorable business. The BBB now has a complaint against you. We'll see what happens.
Sophisticated Cooling did an exceptional job They were very professional and they were excellent. They answered all my questions and my phone calls promptly. I highly recommend them. I used them to install a new air conditioner and am very pleased.
My heating system was not working. Air conditioner was 12 years old and had some problems. A friend recommended sophisticated cooling. David came gave me estimates. He was able to arrange a 2 year loan at 0 percent. Being a single homeowner w limited funds this was a big help. He and his workers were very professional and efficient. I would highly recommend him!
David was very prompt to resolve an AC issue for one of my tenants. He is very dependable! I’ll surely be using his services again when needed.
After 7 years of dealing with other HVAC guys in the area we are so happy to have found David, and Sophisticated Heating & Cooling. David was able to figure out what was wrong with our system when 4 other companies contributed our problem to anything but our system. David found the problem and helped us. He was been our go to guy! We use him for tune ups now, and when it's time for a new system there is no doubt he will be who we call.
I called David because my AC was not working and my house was heated up like the desert. It was on a Sunday. He came to my house within an hour on his day off and fixed my ac and did a little extra maintenance to ensure it would stay fixed for a long time. Also he gave me recommendations for upkeep throughout the year. Very nice and humble gentlemen. I have recommended him to my friends because he is the best and his prices are untouchable. Very nice guy and he was on time. He also explains the issues and how he fixed it so there is no secrets. HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM!!!

Sophisticated Air was extremely responsive when I had my heating system go down in the middle of a extreme cold-front in South Florida. Dave’s professionalism was immediately observed and the job was completed in a very timely manner.

Great customer service with these guys. Came to look at the unit for free. Prompt with service and great pricing. Had 3 other people come out and they were overcharging when compared to these guys. If you have any A/C issues call these guys they are fairly priced and respond very quickly with awesome service.
