We highly value the professional service that SonRise Mechanical delivers. Mike put in an A/C condenser and new furnace at a reasonable price. However, we can’t put a price on the care taken at our newly remodeled home or the responsibility and pride that Mike takes in his work. Thank you SonRise and Mike.
Mike and company have done several jobs for us at several locations, including repair & maintenance of ducted systems & design & installation of several ductless systems. They are very responsive, knowledgable, fairly priced, & a pleasure to work with.
I chose SonRise Mechanical after getting 10 other estimates to replace my entire HVAC system because it was 20 years old and had not worked in a few months. I am beyond happy with the work completed and the service they provide. Mike came out to do the estimate himself and was extremely thorough in examining the whole system. He was the only person who came out to discover the gaps in the upstairs ductwork and one of the only who even went upstairs. Mike's estimate was the only estimate I received which included replacing the ductwork and fixing the water output. He provided me with three different pricing options with different systems and we went with the Bosch system that has the option to use as a heat pump or gas. His pricing was right in the middle of the estimates I received but it was a much better system than any of the other options around the price range. I went with my gut and just knew Mike was the best option because he knows his stuff and really cares. Mike is a great communicator and gets back to you really quickly. He answered all of my questions and was clear on all aspects of the project. When Mike and Luis arrived to conduct the replacement I knew I had made the right choice. They immediately put down these tarps to make sure they didn't track dirt in the house. Throughout the whole project they were extremely tidy and the little mess they did make here or there, they made sure everything was very clean by the time they left for the day. Mike explained everything to me thoroughly and showed me how our old system had standing water and mold in it. He also made sure our carbon monoxide output was in a safe location because the previous location was extremely unsafe. He also came back today and installed an EcoBee thermostat after it was back in stock to ensure we have a monitor upstairs too because our thermostat is located in the coolest place in the house downstairs. Mike was absolutely wonderful. He was so polite and answered any and all questions I had. He went above and beyond and did an amazing job. I’m so grateful to finally have A/C. Will use again for any air conditioning needs.
Mike and his assistant did a great job installing our new A/C system. Responsible, respectful, informative and clean are some of the words to describe them with while they were working at our house.
Mike is very friendly and arrives on time for his service visits. He took the time to explain an issue we were having with our heating system which I really appreciate. He's installed a new AC system in our home as well and was very efficient with his time here. I highly recommend his services. Super nice guy. Professional. Affordable.
I was referred to Mike from SonRise by a close friend and he did not disappoint. My old furnace died and Mike came by for an estimate. He is very polite and professional. He knows what he's talking about. He explained my situation and did not try to upsell me. Estimate and payment were all online, super easy. Replaced my furnace, put in all new ducts and thermostat. Showed me what I needed to know and now my family is warm again...on one of the coldest winters we've had in a while. Thanks again Mike!
Mike came VERY highly recommended & did not disappoint! Mike and his employee, Michelle, were honest, professional and punctual. They installed a new furnace, new air conditioner & replaced the ducting. There was no mess & no fuss. Michelle worked really hard in cramped conditions & I appreciate that she vacuumed every day. I can honestly say it was a pleasure to have them both working for us & we're delighted with the result. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
I recently had 2 midea ductless mini split units installed at my house, and I am absolutely loving them! Really don’t know how I got by without them before living in East county, but I’m thoroughly enjoying the pleasure of staying cool, sleeping well, and heating things up as needed. Mike is a true professional and he conducts business the right way - with rapport, effectiveness and integrity. He helped answer all my questions /concerns and gave me a great deal that I am really happy with! Michelle was amazing to work with as well! She went above and beyond in everything, and provided top notch service every step of the way! I was very impressed! I recommend SonRise Mechanical to anyone needing their experience and expertise. You should definitely consider going with them for your next job(s)
I shopped around, and Mike came costing less than half of my other bids on a brand new whole house install. Mike and his employee, Gary, were punctual and finished the entire job within 2 1/2 days. The work looks amazing. Moreover, Mike knew so much about the science of it and was able to advise and guide me for the best turn out, I couldnt possibly recommend these guys enough, dont go anywhere else.
Mike was great to work with. Professional service and took the time to explain just exactly how the system cools and heats. Clean install and offered a suitable selection of options for our project.
