Call them if you want to be left for dead in the middle of summer. They were supposed to repair our unit, and there has been no call or show for the past week.
Started hearing a loud noise in our AC in the middle of the night. Talked Sonora Air Conditioning first thing in the morning and they had a tech within the hour come to our house to check it out. Replaced parts and had AC working and back to normal within a couple hours. Great service and response. Thank you!
Excellent service and work!!!!!! Our upstairs AC started blowing warm on a Thursday, Sonara AC came out on Friday and discovered our unit needed to be replaced and took the time to show us the issue and educate us on a quick temporary repair vs a replacement. Needless to say we had a new AC up and running by the following Tuesday. All the workers were very professional and made sure everything was cleaned up before leaving. I would highly recommend them.
Our family used Sonora Ac services for the first time and they exceeded our expectations. We told them what we are looking for as far as Ac’s brands and models with the best efficiency/performance rating based on our home needs. They (Ismael), gave us detailed explain of what’s newest on the market and what’s best for our home to include our future home expansions. Ismael provided a variety of options to choose from to include pros and cons (without the salesman persona)based on our family needs. He really made us feel as like family. We made a purchase with an our desired ac and informed us with every step of the installation. No issues with the installation and no problems with our ac. Great clean ac installation with an air scrubber, and new thermostat with absolutely no issues. We cannot express how happy we are with our installation and the service provided. Our family we continue to use their services without a doubt.

very prompt and incredible customer service follow up! USE This company is the ONLY ONE YOU WILL EVER NEED to repair or install your a/c and heating ! I was so impressed with Mr. Santana and his crew. They were called to repair a MAJOR problem with our a/c unit, that ANOTHER LOCAL A/C COMPANY said "Guess you will just have to deal with the water flooding your apartment. We can't get the line to stay unplugged." (He left me with a bucket to bale water) Sonora was called and immediately they diagnosed the problems, went out of there way to correct the immediate issue and any future problems that they believed might occur! Super professional, reasonable prices, you won't be sorry!
