This team is awesome. They were very responsive and knowledgable. I felt like they were fair and up front about the repairs that were needed. They were able to get my AC up and running in the heat of summer. I would highly recommend them.
Had a MasterCool swamp cooler replaced with a newer model. Unit was actually installed in the wall by the previous homeowners, not the window, so a bit of a tricky job. They were timely, professional, and reasonably priced considering the price of services nowadays. Would recommend.

It is difficult to find companies that you can trust, that will give you a competitive price, and do good quality work. That is why we had 8 companies come through and give us bids for replacing our Furnace/AC. Jason was the first of the eight to come and give us a bid. He stood out right from the start and even after seeing seven other companies he was still the best for quality, price, knowledge, and options that would work best for our home. Jason responded to every call/text promptly and was easy to work with. We could tell that Jason's installers really cared about the install by their attention to detail and taking their time to get the job done right. We used Solution Pro to fix our furnace and were so happy we used them to install our pellet stove. The men are all very conscientious and professional. We love our stove and the work done was perfect. Highly recommend them and prices are very reasonable.
Came late at the last minute, saved the day
I live in La Junta, Jason was very helpful, told me where to find my part in Pueblo as he didn't have one in stock. When I got back home, he walked me through installing a capacitor over the phone. Awesome man, very helpful and very professional. If I lived in Pueblo, he would be my go to HVAC guy. Can't say enough. Thank you Jason!!! wife, kids and animals are very thankful for you.
Jp and Sam are the best. They put in extra time and effort to troubleshoot our AC system and finally got it going. They were determined to get us and our big dogs relief from the Pueblo summer heat. I can't thank them enough.

Very professional and worked through multiple structural issues due to an older home which did not have AC previously. HVAC technicians were very focused but kept me informed and answered all of my questions. The owner Jason met with me the week prior and gave me options so I could make decisions based on my finances and needs. Price was more than reasonable and I will recommend them to everyone I know. Great job and thanks to their whole team.
I had the pleasure of having service with Jason today. I always check reviews before I give someone my business. He was quick to come out, very nice guy, and professional. I noticed there was one bad review for this business and can safely assume the person probably left a review on the wrong business. It is unfortunate that he doesn’t have a full 5 star review based off of this. He certainly deserves it. Will continue to do business with Solution Pro.
My furnace started to act erratically one day and I contacted Jason to diagnose the issue. Jason said that he would be able to check the furnace between 3 and 5 PM that day. He arrived promptly at 3PM and diagnosed the issues with the furnace. Given that my furnace was quite old, I decided to replace the unit instead of repairing the old one because the cost of the needed repairs was not much cheaper than replacing the whole unit. Jason scheduled the install for Thursday (The diagnosis was on Tuesday of the same week) at 9 am. His crew arrived on time, they were very knowledgeable and professional, they wasted no time getting started on the furnace. When they were finished, everything about the warranty was explained clearly. I would highly recommend Jason and his company. I will be contacting them when I decide to install Central Air-conditioning. Thank-You, Jason for the exemplary service!
I highly recommend Solution Pro for all of your HVAC needs. Jason is professional, reliable, knowledgeable, honest and has provided the best service I have ever received from a Heating and Air company. His prices are very fair and competitive as I have gotten other quotes from companies around town. He also has a great staff! He replaced my old swamp cooler with something called The Breeze Air, which is the closest to central air I've experienced. This is seriously a great unit and worth every penny! I've always preferred a swamp cooler over central air due to the moisture they keep in your home and the price to run, let alone install. Recently my heater was having issues and he went out of his way to come over right away and diagnose the issue. After Jason explained my options, I made the decision to replace the heater rather than keep fixing parts it needed due to its age (24 years) and he provided me space heaters to use in the meantime. This was during the recent snow storm we had and I am so grateful for his help in keeping me from freezing and any possible other issues like my pipes freezing. I will never use any other company from now on. Thanks again, Jason, for providing the best service around!

Jason was great! Our air-conditioning stopped working, it was only blowing air, we called him in the morning and he was out in the afternoon and gave us some suggestions of what to do until he could come back the next day. Jason came out again early the next morning. He had the air conditioner back up and running in 20 minutes. Very good quality and value for his service. I would highly recommend his business.

Best Air conditioning company in Colorado! Very hard working, clear and informative service. Would strongly recommend to anyone. Staff went above and beyond. They have serviced our family a few times now and really take care of us. I don’t write reviews often, but it is hard to find quality, honest professional companies that treat you like family these days.
During a family emergency with my brother in the hospital, we had about 50 people gather in my Mom’s house. Lots of body heat in the middle of summer made for a crazy hot house. We ended up losing our air conditioning and had to find someone to come and fix the problem fast. Solution Pro Hearing & Air came shortly after we called to address the situation. We were told to turn off the unit for at least h 24 hrs. At that point we were all worried we would have to deal with trying to figure out a way to replace my moms 25 year old unit. The next day the owner Jason, came and not only fixed the current issues, he made it so that the 25 year old unit could make through another summer so my mom didn’t have to worry about replacing it during this hard time our family was going through. I can’t thank him enough for helping us get through this time so that we could continue to gather at my moms house without the extra headache of worrying about getting a new unit. We will definitely be calling him to replace our unit once we get through the summer!
