Quincy has been the most dependable, honest and knowledgeable technician I've had work in my home in any field over the last ten years. He's out to solve problems, not sell them. I can't recommend this company enough.
I've been using Solid as a Rock for probably about 7 or 8 years now. There is nobody I trust more in 106 degree weather to come save me from the heat than tech Quincy. My husband and I just appreciate him, his work and expertise so much. He is extremely knowledgeable and he doesn't bs you ever. Be blessed!
Solid as a rock it's a terrible company they have a technician there by the name of Quincy do not believe anything he say Quincy came to my house December 1st he replaced a thermostat that was in my home told me that he would be back to bring a new one no did not happen then the guy in the office is very rude maybe it was just me they was rude to me please do not use solid as a rock the office supposed to call you they don't they didn't for me the service was bad they want to blame it on my warranty company but they are not professional at all
One of their drivers bout ran me and my daughter off the road driving like a mad-man in Dallas- Mesquite in a beat up truck.
Very pleased with their responsiveness and professionalism. I would call them again.
VERY RUD EMPLOYEE
I was apprehensive with the negative reviews which are not current, but had no choice since my home warranty contracted the work. I have to say, I was surprised. Ronnie was fully booked this past Saturday, but still managed to squeeze us in for our last-minute emergency service call on a Friday evening at 93 degrees Fahrenheit. It was hot at my house and my family was going crazy! He quickly diagnosed our issue and determined our unit was leaking Freon from the Schrader valve which was loose from being serviced in the past by a different ac company technician. He tightened the valve, recharged our unit, and retested for leaks. He solved our issue under 30 minutes and got our unit blowing cold again. Ronnie is an honest AC technician, excellent customer service, talked to me like a professional, passionate about his job, and has the technology to process my form of payment quickly. I would definitely recommend him to anyone that needs their air/heating system serviced.
I cannot give any reviews on their performance because they DID NOT SHOW UP to do the repairs. Neither did they call to let us know they were not coming. I had a pleasant conversation when discussing the time a block that they would be here to do the work. That was the last I heard from them. I left a phone call before 5 PM wanting to know what the status was as they were several hours late. I have heard nothing to date. Due to the health status of the elderly people in the home we were told this qualified as a “medical emergency” for a timely repair. I could not give them zero stars so they got one.

I would like to start by saying the reviews of rudeness from the office is not true. I spoke with Connie who is stern, very honest and straight forward, which I prefer. I guess some would take that as rude but I found her very helpful. She worked me in the same day and kept me updated throughout the day as to when the service guy would be out. Then once the service guy got here, he was in and out in less than 30 minutes. I recommend this company 100%.
They may want to work on their representation on the phone. Customer service is very important.
The technician was very nice but the receptionist was one of the rudest I have come across. She even hung up in my face! The technician that came to service our A/C did not put the covering to the A/C back on correctly causing it to fall while my children were in the shower. Thank God there weren't any injuries just some shaken nerves. I was very disappointed and will not use this A/C company again it is way to ghetto and unprofessional!
Our furnace broke on a Friday afternoon in December and we were so worried that no one would be able to fix it until after the weekend. Very impressed by the repairman who stayed many hours late into his Friday night to get our heater up and running again!
